I only have positive things to say :) From the prompt and helpful replies to my messages, to the assistance with booking a parking spot in a nearby garage for 15€/day. I stayed in the smallest room, but for me it was perfect, cozy, clean, with a bathroom that had natural light. All the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The location couldn’t be better, right next to one of the main squares, truly in the heart of Alberobello. Breakfast was excellent, varied and individually prepared for each guest, with a selection of different options. I couldn’t finish everything because it was so generously served. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Parking!!! For a luxury hotel there should be a shuttle service to a car park given on street parking is impossible

Location and breakfast amazing. Needed air conditioning in bed area not just entrance land fact main door to these 2 rooms would t shut properly meant it had to be banged shut, an annoyance to both guests I’m sure

A great experience staying in a trulli house. The place was well appointed and very comfortable. The location was walking distance to the main tourist attractions of Alberobello. They were also helpful in arranging car parking nearby which provided a transfer to the property.

A quality stay in a quiet "alcove" in beautiful Alberobello. Our room - Contastorie - was traditional and comfortable. The breakfast was individually prepared and tasty. They offer a car parking service in a garage on the edge of the town, which worked well.

My room was piccolo. But for the short time I was in it - it was perfect.

A central location - five minutes walk from strain station/bus stop. Lovely vibe with a great breakfast and very helpful staff. Everything is in walking distance in the town. lovely linens and toiletries

What a wonderful stay - from the welcoming and helpul staff to the most comfortable room and bed, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel gave us good advice on parking in the area and that went very smoothly. We had our best night sleep in our 3 weeks in Puglia. Jiordano also booked us into the most wonderful restaurant for dinner. It was a treat to be in Alberobello after the crowds had left and to wander the Trulli district in the evening. A wonderful experience.

The small trulli is too small.

The place is great, the staffs are really nice, the location is good the only problem i book the small because it was just me but is too tiny the i don't have space for put my bags and I travel with one small so was the only issue.
