The building and apartment its right next to the most vibrant part of Florence and the markets which is great and convenient. However, nearby areas didn't feel safe for my kids to walk in and out alone. This is a Florence issue and not necessarily an issue with this apartment.

Great Location, so close to main station SMN . The staff were most helpful & very friendly. We were upgraded to the room with the sofa which was a lovely surprise & there was no issue leaving our suitcases there after checking out on our last day . Would also recommend San Lorenzo area nearby for restuarants .

Great stay in Florence, with easy access on foot to all the major sights in the city. The suite was very spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Really appreciated the suggestions of the hosts upon our arrival, helped us make the most of our short stay.

I liked the whole experience staying at Le Camere Dei Conti. The access door is password protected and staff will always be around in the morning. Daily housekeeping is available. They upgraded us to the deluxe apartment for free. For visitors that like a balcony, it is also available. Location is very ideal, near the train station but you might hear some noise from the streets due to the proximity.

The only downside is the street the hotel is on is quite noisy late at night and early in the morning, this isn't something that can be helped though as it's in central Florence.

The staff were really friendly, considerate and helpful and even upgraded us to a better room than we'd booked. The room was beautiful and clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great too, right near the station and easily walkable to the Duomo and other attractions.
