The apartment was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Too bad I couldn't really enjoy it. I thought the location close to the port near the canal would be quiet and convenient for me. What I didn't know is that there is a main road with a lot of traffic (especially very noisy mopeds and motorbikes) which kept me awake all night long! Communication via messages and very easy access with codes is very useful and I enjoyed their privacy.

One small thing, they only supplied paper espresso cups meaning i couldn’t use the coffee function i wanted. i do wish there was mugs/ bigger paper cups.

Very welcoming. The staff left out towels, slippers and information booklet. It was very well kept and looked very clean. The shower was really nice. The room has a mini fridge and a coffee machine. The TV and bed made the place feel comfortable. The apartment was very safe and in a perfect location close to the port and the train station. The staff offered room cleans everyday.

Mattress was hard and un springed so poor sleep. Room overlooked a grotty courtyard. Not the owners fault... but still.. didn't match the photo or picture i was expecting

It is not close to the swimming beach.

The location is close to the train station, which is convenient. However if you want to go to the beach, you have to take a bus.

If you hate soft beds, prepare yourself for a really soft one here. It wasn't a problem for us though.

Perfectly clean, so easy to access and to check in. The street is not so loud, the neighborhood is lovely and there is a nice restaurant on the next corner. We loved our little stay there.

The only problem we had, was that the noise from other rooms was very audible. We woke up in the middle of the night when the other people entered their rooms. Even normal talking was audible to our room.

Great location for train, bus and boat trips. Lots of cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Clean and well serviced rooms, with coffee facilites and a fridge. The owner and cleaning staff are very helpful and take pride in their accommodation.

Nothing, everything was great!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The location is great, very close to the busy streets with bars & restaurants but on a quiet street that isn’t noisy at all. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station which is well connected to Cinque Terre. The room had everything you could need from shower caps to dental kits, and there was a cleaning service each day. Easy check-in & friendly service!

Spacious pretty room with everything you need. Loved the solution of the bathroom as we were 2 girls it made the getting ready part very easy. It was so very clean and staff was kind and easy going. Bed was comfortable, WiFi worked as it should, bed was comfortable everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Both the host and the cleaner were very nice and helpful. The free espresso was very much appreciated.

The apartment was a bit small for 2 people. The curtains could not be closed completely so lost some privacy. A bit disappointed that the price quoted was not the final price compared to other accommodation provided by Booking.com. Would have preferred a kettle to a coffee machine. Facilities listed were not accurate.

Elena was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we couldn't get to the apartment because of a bus strike and we couldn't get a taxi she went out of her way to give us a lift to the apartment. She also gave us a lot of local information eg where to eat etc. The apartment was clean, very presentable, beds were comfortable and not far from station and centre of La Spezia. Leaving some water for us was a nice touch.
