We stayed at this hotel as a family and were absolutely delighted. Everything was excellent — the cleanliness, the bathroom quality, the comfort of the rooms, and above all, the service, which was impeccable from start to finish. Communication with the staff was smooth and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. To this day, it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Italy. Walking up the hill after a long day of sightseeing was tiring, be prepare if you're carrying heavy bags or traveling with young kids.

Nice space overall, spacious, clean, cozy beds. The view were good. The host was very responsive.

The building and the rooms were modern and clean. The place looks even better than the photos and it was in a nice neighborhood outside the city center. It is a 10-15 min walk to the station. Its a great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

Nothing, except the bed that was creaking easily when moving, but nothing preventing us from sleeping!

The apartment was very clean and tidy, the room was large and the bed comfortable. The host was very reactive and nice! Good location, 15 mins from the train station with a little hill at the end (there is a bus that can cut on the walking time). One of the best value hotel for cinque Terre!

Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Quiet location. Beautiful views from the balcony. We book a room for four and it was very spacious with separate rooms for the kids. 10m walk to the train station. Free parking nearby. I highly recommend this place.

There’s free parking outside the premises, but quickly taken up which means parking further down the street. But not a big problem as there’s plenty of spaces. Mind you, went in December. Not sure what it’s like in peak summer!!

Had all the basic necessities. Host was very friendly and prompt response with text messages. Easy to follow instructions on entering the building.

The front door downstairs is a bit noisy when it closes and other guests kept slamming it in. But other than that nothing to complain about.

The apartment was really nice, clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay (coffee and tea machines, sweets for breakfast, mini fridge, hairdryer, tv with Netflix and other streaming platforms). It is also very close to the train station by foot, around 15 minutes and there is a wonderful restaurant just around the corner. Everything was great and we would come back any time.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room in a quiet area. The view from the window was beautiful! About 15 minutes walk from the station. The air conditioning worked great, which is beneficial at 36 degrees. The owner was very helpful and involved. I heartily recommend it :)
