The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was tricky to get working.

Brilliant location, very clean with a nice little balcony. Ornella, the lady who brought breakfast each morning to the room was lovely and very friendly & helpful.

Every time water was out on the pipes were incredibly loud, you could hear when people from other rooms were having showers too because the sound of the pipes

It was central to to mostly everything! A little far from the beach but that’s okay

Advertise laundry service for extra charge but they do not offer it (disappointing when it was the deciding reason we chose it over other accommodation). Elevator was out for part of our stay on the 7th floor.

Cute new BnB in an old building

It was difficult to find, as I was looking for the name of the BnB on a street front. I didn't realize it was inside a multi-use building. There was good communication that said the hotel was on the 5th-7th floors, but it made more sense once i got there. And this was out of their control, but upon arrival I learned the elevator was out of service, so I carried my bags up the 7 flights to check in. I stayed two nights and on the last morning i was able to use the elevator to take my bags down, which was nice. The bed was comfortable, and the room looked recently done with a clean and contemporary design. Breakfast is served in the room, and it was a nice selection. The front desk is staffed around 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is a key code to unlock the building door, a key to open the interior hallway door to access the hotel rooms, and a room key. I needed a desk for work and there was a nice one with a minifridge under it. But the cute decorative chair sat way too low to work efficiently on my computer. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom, which can be typical in old buildings. The little courtyard was nice - i spent quite a bit of time there. I was excited about the spiral staircase, which takes you up to the roof...where they have overflow storage and a really old clothesline. There's a lot of potential if they decided to put tables and chairs up there, but i think the only access was from my room... It was a pleasant stay and a nice location to access the monuments and waterfront. I don't know if i would stay there again, but for a quick casual stay for young people it could be perfect.

    - Breakfast. It was in a coffee shop down the street and included only a coffee and 1 croissant or muffin. Very basic breakfast. - Noise. Every time you or your neighbour would turn the water on or flush the toilet, there was this loud noise from pipes or something... It did wake us up several times throughout the night, but I guess nothing can be done about it.

The location of the place is awesome. We stayed at the Via Ponte de Tappia building. It is right off via Toledo and a 5 min walk to the Port of Naples (where we took the ferry every day to go see islands and beaches). The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff was helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Description is location is missing unfortunately, there are two buildings belonging to the B&B, but we went to the wrong building because we looked at the location on Google Maps (it shows only one of them) at night, the B&B could have warned us in advance

The toilet was so noisy and when you turned the tap on or shower the same loud sound. The lady when we checked out was rude . She just said don’t speak English it was like we were an inconvenience. Thank goodness there was a bridal group there that spoke English.

It was close to shops The lovely man that booked us in was great. The lady that cleaned our room was very nice even though she didn’t speak English we got around it. The lift was very very tiny but it was okay as long as it worked. The bed was super comfortable though .

The only thing is that I had to pay the city tax by leaving the money at the counter, and not having enough change I had to go get it somewhere and return with it later.

Good location, nice room, clean bathroom with a very big shower cabin, nice balcony. Everything was fine.

While it generally looked and smelled fresh, like new construction, it was hard to mask the strong sewer odor coming up the pipes in the bathroom. Not unusual, just a thing. The chairs at the desk were cute but too low for the desk height. I had to work on my computer quite a bit so tried some different solutions - blanket in the chair, etc. Not terrible, just an observation. It's definitely a B&B and not a true hotel - the desk is staffed 8 to 5. (the four stars in their logo is a bit confusing) They do provide phone numbers if you need to reach someone (which I did not.) It has a college-dorm feel going down the little hallway. The B&B is on the 7th floor of a multi-use building, which i didn't understand when booking. It was difficult to find, as it's not like a typical well-signed hotel. there is one main door to the building with a series of names and businesses listed next to it. Le Corti del Re was on the list, then I keyed in the number to call on the intercom and have them unlock the door. And this is outside their control, but the first two full days I was there the elevator was out of service. You didn't want to forget your coat (or anything else) as you head out to explore! Unfortunate, but stuff happens.

The staff was great, and I liked my room with the little courtyard. I spent some free time there. The room amenities and decor were all new - very pretty. The bed was very comfortable, the in-room breakfast was good and there was a water kettle and fridge in the room. The adjacent streets are quiet and it's in a very nice central location to many sites including the Royal Palace, Umberto 1 Galleria, Metro and the mostly pedestrian street Via Toldeo.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the place is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful, with Claudia being especially kind and accommodating. Although some of the equipment is a bit outdated or worn, it still offers great value for the price. The cleaning lady, although not speaking English, was also very friendly. We appreciated that they allowed us to store our bags at the reception after check-out. If we return to Naples, we would definitely stay here again.
