- Towels are incredibly thin. - No real hand soap, just the pre packed bars

- Unlimited supply of prepackaged croissants, nutella, cookies, tea, and coffee (although it’s not the tastiest coffee by any means). Yes it’s not a real breakfast, we would still get breakfast elsewhere, but nonetheless it’s food available at all hours. - location 😙🤌🏼 immaculate - Daily cleaning a huge plus, and sheets changed every third day much appreciated - Air conditioning always worked well - Big shower! - Host is responsive, even at late hours - Let us hold our luggage at the office after check out until our train departed

Small breakfast room, a little too hot. Not a full breakfast but it wasn't a problem for us! We had some extra stuff with us.

Nice and clean. Seemed to be relatively newly renovated. Good location near the beach and still close to the town center. Walkable from the train station.

- The blanket & Towels very thin but it’s ok. - In picture not really clearly picture. I thought there‘s share kitchen when I saw quickly the booking.com Picture. That’s why I booked. But In property only microwave in share area for breakfast area. It’s ok. We went restaurant everyday.

Taking keys in reception located 10 minutes away was absolutely illogical: I went there first, paid, then receptionist went to the room location BY BIKE and waited me there to show me the room and only after gave me keys.. Could we just meet at the room location then with keys? or could she just gave me keys after payment? I will never understand these actions. Also they can't provide milk for breakfast because of some health and safety regulations but ok for a milk in coffee machine which is also weird.

The view from the balcony wasn't great.

We were very happy with the accommodation. It was clean, modern & spacious. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed as requested. When we arrived we were brought to the accommodation by Sylvia who was very helpful. Levanto was a great base for a holiday in Cinque Terre.

Rather than only having centralised kitchen facilities, would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea & coffee on own schedule.

Large, comfortable room with a great beachside location. The check-in process with Stefania was very thorough and she gave a great first impression of the town, escorting me personally to explain the property’s location, access & facilities.

We wish there were a few more utensils and cutlery in the kitchen or the room, to be able to make some snacks or a quick meal for lunch or dinner.

Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. When we arrived, we were given a lot of information and tips about the area, it was the perfect base to visit the Cinque Terre. Levanto is just as beautiful, but a quieter town (at the end of September), we were always happy to come to it after visiting the crowded villages. The location of the apartment was great; quiet, but still very close to everything. The room was large and had everything we needed, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a cleaning service every day with the option to opt out. Overall, a brilliant place to stay.

Because we left it late to book the balcony had no sea view.

The room was very tastefully designed with monochromatic furniture, curtains, bedding, cool tiles and a spectacular mural behind the bed. The air conditioning was a dream in the hot weather and the bathroom had a gorgeous spacious shower, all amenities were top class and very happy to find a lift rather than climb stairs after a long drive! It was brilliant being able to watch the Grand Prix and MotoGP on Sky Sports! We loved staying there and regretted having to leave, it was very close to the beach and the balcony was extensive and even had a place to hang clothes to dry! We were met and greeted by Stefania who was very helpful and chatty with perfect English! We would definitely love to go back and visit again!

If anything, the tv could be a bit bigger but I think that was it.

Almost everything, the facilities/accommodations were beautiful, modern and in an excellent state, you can feel both the staff and owners are proud and take care of their apartments. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and the location was perfect for everything you could be looking for in Cinque Terre, both the beach which is a 2min. walk or the train station (which is a 10min. walk) to visit all the Cinque Terre. Or simply to have a calmer feeling/environment than staying in the middle of any of the Cinque Terre.

Close to the see and all the beautiful and peacefull Levanto oportunities. Comfortable bed, nice balcony, very clean, modern. Coffe machine, microwave oven. Nice bathroom.

Confusion at check in as we had not read the email to go to the office not the address but the staff were lovely and flexible so came to us.

Absolutely fabulous. Great location- 1 min walk to beach, 7 min walk to train station, 4 min walk to town centre. The room is fabulous, big, spacious, comfortable bed, big veranda, wifi great standard. The host was lovely- she met us to take us to the hotel. She shared lots of helpful information with us about the area. Lots of poor reviews of breakfast - it is basic and typical Italian and free. It is lovely. We have spent 4 weeks in Italy and this has been our best hotel. Thank you.
