Opted for the €25 meal for dinner. Salad had rotten parts in it. Pointed it out to the staff. Didn't really raise any concern. Rest of the food was average.

The only thing is that our room was close to Reception and the street, so it was a bit noisy sometimes, including late evening. I would ask for another room next time.

The location is quite central, less than a 10-minute walk from the station. Helpful, friendly staff. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, nothing too fancy but filling.

I come here since years. Great staff, they will do everything they can to accomodate your needs. Good value for money. Easy parking next to Hotel, along the town walls.

Breakfast was continental but not accommodating for those used to hot breakfast like eggs, sausages, bacon etc

The cleaning lady got upset because we moved her bucket. the bucket was blocking the elevator door, and we didn’t want to walk up to the 5th floor.

The receptionist didn’t speak English but he showed me exactly where to park. He didn’t keep me waiting for the key, so we could quickly get in the room, before he did the registration/administrative stuff. The staff were very helpful Breakfast was included. The price was very reasonable.

Parking was limited right outside the hotel, but there is a free public car park just outside the city walls about 1 minutes walk through an arch next to the hotel so not really an issue.

A comfortable hotel in a good location with helpful staff. The town is lovely to walk round and provides plenty of options for eating if you don't fancy the menu at the restaurant at the hotel, which changes daily and is available to view at reception. Breakfast was good.

The shower is really old, hair blower did not function. All acceptable considering the price I paid. They don’t speak English so little bit of a hazzle. Breakfast only untill 9:30AM.

Very good location, close to the city centre. Nice spacious room (I booked for 1 person, but had beds for 3 persons,). Friendly staff. The parking was full, but there is free parking very close by, so it wasn’t a problem, just off load your luggage and then park your car outside of the walls, there is a 1 minute walk to the hotel. Late check out untill 11AM is nice.

Extremely noisy, paper thin walls. Could not rest properly and thus for us this is a location we do not recommend at all.

Clean. Non stop reception, free parking (on the street, this could be an issue as there are not so many spots). The breakfast can be acceptable.

It is near the pinocoteca which is a plus. Has a decent restaurant and I ate in every night. The staff were exceptional. I stayed Several years ago which is why I went back and I will do so next time I visit the town

Wifi did not work for me. Could not even connect. Hotel has like 3-4 parking spots and chance is small they spots are not occupied. Had to park far away from hotel.

The breakfast wasn't great, with limited choices and even those weren't replenished at speed. We were in an adjoining room (adjoining facilities not used) and the sound from the next room was very noticeable.

The location was excellent for exploring the town. The hotel bar was a nice extra, for coffee or alcohol throughout the day. Lovely shower in the bathroom.
