We weren't given an understanding of where to book towels for the swimming pool, or how to get direct access to the beach, so had to navigate the road to get around the back of the hotel (which wasn't ideal with a 2 year old)

Amazing Hotel, with excellent views of the beach. Swimming Pool was heated and great for a little splash around with my 2 year old. Staff extremely helpful and attentive with booking taxis.

However, the furnishings are quite outdated, the kitchen lacks basic utensils, and soundproofing is poor – you can hear noise from other rooms and loud music from outside. It’s also disappointing that you have to pay extra to use the pool.

The hotel has a great location right on the beach and close to the town center. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious, and it’s a big plus that there’s a large parking area.

It was all good, so there is nothing I didn’t like, however if I can say something to improve the only minor think come in my mind is the speed of the lift, that should be improved so to spend less time waiting

The hotel was renewed with big rooms, clean (the same for the bathroom) with kitchen stuff and place. There is a SPA that i didn't try and an open pool (that in winter is covered). There is also a gym very weel equipped. Bed and pills very comfortable.

We reserved this hotel mainly because it has gym, but we couldn’t use it for the most of the time because it was reserved for people who weren’t hotel guests. This should be written in hotel description.

Need for improvement. The room could use some touches here and there. Walls repainted, more attention to cleaning. And the fact that the parking is extra and that you need to pay extra for the sunbeds and umbrella. Not ok.

The view from the room is the reason you pay for it. Amaizing beach and sea view.

Not a 4-star looking bedroom • The bedroom had an old and used look. The taps in the bathroom were all old, scratched, and oxidised-looking. • No room slippers, which forced us to buy some to keep the room tidy enough. • Very small TV. • The bathroom sink was very low placed and had a tap that sat too close to its edge, making it hard to use it without spiling water out the sink. • The wood and edges of the doors looked swollen from the humidity over the years. • The balcony's railing was rusty.

Though facing the seaside our room was to the small size, we were also placed at the first floor where views were mostly obstructed by trees, fences etc. For a superior 4 star room it really was dissapointing to notice the wear and tear in the bathroom and shower, the multiple rust spots on the balcony railings etc. Maintenance works should be performed more often and in a higher quality aspect. To bright this up a bit, air conditioner was really effective and also the double glazed window/door where efficient in blocking heat and noise from the street. Also for the kitchen area some things needed mending, such as the trash bin. There were very few options for cutlery, only 2 (water glasses) etc.

Very well positioned, close to the beach area and also to the bus station for San Marino, we liked that there was an option to get beach tickets at the reception (even with a % discount) for Tortuga beach (no 67). Parking options were also a plus, though we decided last minute to not take our electric car, there was an electric charger available on the premise.Also, parking was orderly and enough spaces for all guests. Breakfast options where very tasty, from meats and cheese to various backery products. Also a plus for the very good coffee served at breakfast. The staff were very nice, polite and present all around the property at any time.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, staff always nice and helpful. Nice drinks at the bar, breakfast very good. Coffee for breakfast made fresh with each order so you can always enjoy nice cup of your favourite one. Nice spa. Partnered beach near, and many more right opposite! Parking is great, plenty! There is main and then overflow. Room is cleaned everyday and it happens while you're eating breakfast. Just fantastic stay!

The nearest beach which was open was Bagno 67 - 18 Euros per day for two loungers and parasol for a day. Music from the bar area was quite loud in our room (#110). Bathroom was adequate but a little on the small side. Bed had a habit of moving across the room when leaning against the wall behind it.

We arrived by train and took a taxi from Rimini Station. Check in was smooth. Room was spacious with a kitchenette. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was served in the bar area near reception. There is an outside pool with some nice water jets for relaxing tight muscles. Good local transport to Rimini old town - Well worth a visit. Plenty of local shops and places to eat.

We didn’t use the pool as we would have been charged €29 to use it each day - even if we only want to sit around it for half an hour, as it was part of the spa!!

I would have liked to use at least the outdoor pool for free. They charge 30 EUR for the whole Spa area per day. On request only, the use of only the outdoor pool was offered for a cost of 15 EUR which I personally consider too high for only the pool.

Very nice room with balcony (city view). Extraordinary breakfast and very friendly personnel. Wifi was reliable, our dog could stay for free. The parking on the hotel area (10 EUR per night) is recommended. I would always come back to this hotel.

Loud music around the pool into the late hours (23:00). This almost makes impossible to use the balconies.

Parking was limited. There is a gated parking lot connected to the hotel but some guests did not park correctly which limited the spaces/would take up two unlined spaces so that was challenging. Our junior suite with lateral sea view was adequate. Two great decks and the main room had a fully stocked kitchen and table but the bedroom was quite small and we couldn’t full open our suitcases except by placing them on the bed. There was very visible mold inside the double pane shower glass and the bathroom was quite small. I realize you can’t really take apart the shower glass, but if it’s that bad it should be replaced.

Good location. Pool, gym, and spa were nice. Beach is right across the street and towels were provided. The staff was lovely - I asked for some dinner recommendations and they happily provided. Breakfast spread was great - good variety of baked goods/pastries, eggs, meats, yogurt/fruit, cereals, made to order drinks.

Basically everything is nice. Like i wrote before, rooms are a little bit tired but not so much, those things happens in hotels.

Breakfast is really good, the location of the hotel is directly on the beach just over the street. There is nice view from the rooms with sea view because there are no other building in front of the hotel. Rooms are a little bit tired, bathrooms for example and some other things but nevertheless nice hotel.
