There was high AC noise came from other rooms or apartment which intterrupted our sleep. I tought a washing machine was running inside our place.

Staff was good, view was amazing!!! They care of all things. Especially the breakfast was amazing and big portioned. Also they had room coffee service. Good location between the old city Ibla and Ragusa.

Salvatore was really kind both in messages and in person, making sure we are well informed for everything respecting the room AND for our visit in Ibla (old town of Ragusa). He explained the stair-route that best leads to Ibla, bus line to come back and avoid big-time up-hill walking, and even restaurants and bars. Room is spacious, with nice balcony (and toilet!) views! In fact, location is exceptional, just around the corner to enjoy a spritz down the road or jump to the stairs for Ibla. Also, parking was easy (in June) and free (there are openings for parking in every corner of the curvy road). Breakfast was a mix of little croissants and cherries, along with our preferred espresso. But Salvatore will definitely ask your preferences before providing the breakfast. Some might search for booking a room in Ibla, but looking at Ibla from the opposite side of the hill is much more beautiful, trust me...

As mentioned, Ragusa is a city of steps and there a few extra ones to get to the accommodation. This was no problem for us, and the room was definitely worth it.

Salvo was extremely helpful and friendly. He was at the door waiting for us and pointed out where we could park - fortunately, we found a spot right opposite, which was perfect, as Ragusa is a town of many steps! He helped us with our luggage up a steep staircase to our lovely room with a terrace overlooking the Ibla section of Ragusa. Great view, private and quiet. The room had everything we needed - good AC, functional kitchen and bathroom and all very clean. We loved the fact that we could choose what we wanted for breakfast, including cappuccinos, fruit, pastries, bread, jam etc and it appeared on a tray, on time! Very generous. The accommodation is great for a couple and well placed for a visit to Ragusa. There is even a cool bar called Al Grandino 284, on the steps below where you can watch the beautiful sunset while sipping a limoncello spritz.

Parking is a bit difficult on the narrow streets, but there is a parking house in 300 meters distance.

Fantastic view from the balcony. Great location to visit the old town of Ragusa. Salvatore was the perfect host! We had breakfast delivered freshly in the morning.

Parking is difficult to find. But it’s truly not the host’s fault, rather a peculiarity of the town. We arrived late, when the parking lots have already been taken, and the host gave us a recommendation of the paid parking 300 m away.

There is heating in the apartment but we felt it did heat the apartment good. Also the boiler is small and we didn’t have continuous hot water for shower.

The apartment is well located - walking distance to both old and new part of Ragusa. It also had a great view to the old part with a nice terrace. The kitchen and washing machine are decent. The breakfast is good.

Little details such as tray to make ice, paper towel, a bit more soap for the shower. Especially for shorter stay, it would be nice for having some basics.

Beautiful location with stunning view. The little terrace is charming. Salvatore is amazingly helpful and available. As a solo female traveller, that was much appreciated and reassuring to have. A true gentleman! The washing machine was much appreciated after a little baggage mishap! Delicious breakfast. Simply make sure to travel light unless you have a car! Overall, I would recommend it and I would go back!
