The landscape where the property is placed is wonderful - inside a vineyard on the Vesuvius slopes.

Decent property, lacks bigger windows Attention: not all rooms have balconies although in the room description there is a balcony

It was TERRIBLE! The slight view of the volcano.

They speak NO English!! We asked if we could check in at 17:00 and they never responded via WhatApp. We drove out to the property and they said no and said to come back at 18:00. One bed had no pillow and they barely wanted to give us one and an extra blanket. We went to the reception at 08:30 for breakfast and they said it wouldn’t be ready until 09:00! We wanted to head out to Pompeii and had to wait for them to bring us a small breakfast. Not to mention at 08:00 they woke us up by yelling at each other from the reception. White trash people! Oh and my shower ran out of hot water mid shower and I had to get out of the shower and let some random dude come into the bathroom to fix it! WTF! I have camped and am not shy, but that was next level!

We loved the garden, view and surroundings. Parking place was free and spacious, our room was clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast was modest but very good.

All staff members were friendly, but – despite the hotel is full of American pictures, statues and the rooms are called after US cities – their knowledge of English was quite poor, don't travel without audio translator in smart phone :) The road to the hill was quite messy, but it is not problem of hotel, but of the city in general.

Good location, (unless you don't like secluded stays in the countryside) no one near, quiet, with the volcano Vesuvius in the backyard. Large rooms, tons of space for clothes, big bathrooms. Clean and with very comfortable mattress, that (thank god) wasn't too soft and held the body well. The employee asked what time to prepare breakfast which was nice. The breakfast even though limited, had a bit of all the basics which was pretty good for a secluded small facility. (see photos)

There was a smell in one of the rooms, as if the air was stale. As if the room hasn't been used for a long time. Seems like they didn't check how the room smells before they gave it. One of the other rooms didn't have a seat on the toilet to sit on. When i mentioned it to the employee, she said it broke and they haven't fixed it yet but it is clean to sit directly on the porcelain...The occupants didn't like that of course, so we asked for another room. She had one and gave it to us, which was a good save. She should have done this from the start though, and not try to give the room with a missing seat first. Also for such big rooms, some didn't have a place to put your luggage on, and extremely little space for your bath stuff to put (toothbrushes, and such). That is also an easy fix with a small furniture.

The staff was very nice and friendly - it's a shame they don't speak a little English :) breakfast was fresh and delicious, modern clean rooms, view of the volcano, large parking lot. A truly beautiful, exceptional place 🖤

Very polite hospitality. Very clean and new facility. The owners recommend as a small nearby home-restaurant (Moretti) and the cuisine was fantastic- all fresh and home made. We enjoyed very much our stay!!!!!

A lovely and clean place in a good location for Pompeii on the slopes of Vesuvius. A nice little freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Plentiful parking. So quiet and away from everything. Lovely to sit outside by the olive grove and drink coffee in the sun with the views. We enjoyed our stay.

It's a very newly built place, but there was no toilet seat or lid, and one couldn't be obtained when we asked for one. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

I stayed for 1 night with my wife. The place was beautiful and quiet. You can see the Mount Vesuvius from your room. The Staffing was very friendly. We had the pleasure to receive a good breakfast before leaving for Pompeii the next day. I would return!

The lady who booked us in and out was brilliant. We understood very little Italian but she made our stay so welcoming.

It was a little far from the main attractions of the area but the setting was beautiful.
