Super friendly host that offered us a ride to the city and left water, coffee, and snacks for us (keep in mind that this is not included in the reservation and he did it out of pure courtesy). Spacious room, great location - about 10-15 mins walk to Matera Sassi.

Lot of noise from the room next door but I that's not owner's fault.

A wonderful stay, with a hospitable and friendly host. He offered to show us around the city and also helped jump-start our car when we had trouble.

Everything super nice! Owners super nice! The landlord kindly took us to see Sassie of his own accord.

The host's were so very friendly , and helpful.. They looked after us very well and drove us into town... and showed us where to go in Matera..

Comfortable room, lovely owners who took me on a quick tour of Matera. Really appreciated all the snacks and coffee, great location, easy walk to historic centre, transport and shops, restaurants.

Apart from cleanliness, the best thing about this is the owner Cesare who met us on the arrival, explained everything, and then got us in his car and gave us a complete tour of Matera. He pointed all important locations, said where we can go, what to see, where to eat. Also, his wife sent us a message with restaurants recommendations. All together, they were the highlight of the stay. Location is fine, some ten minutes from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, which is usual starting point for everything in Matera. Another great experience is parking. Cesare had his car parked in front of the building, and moved it when we arrived. We could stayed there whole time. It probably helped that it was a weekend, but nevertheless, it's very precious help. Cesare also explained everything about the traffic, which is very complicated for outsiders in Matera. Fortunately, we didn't need to move our car.

Room was smaller than it looks on photos, but we spent most of the time outside. Also, it wasn't mentioned it's on the ground floor. Entrance is not straight into the room, but to a corridor with a fridge and coffee maker. However, because of that, room actually doesn't have a window, but non-transparent glass which sheds some light inside.

The place has everything that you need. It is quite close to the Sassi. The owner is mega friendly, he gave us short city tour with his car and showed us around. Thanks Cesare!

A clean, compact and well-designed unit only a 10 minute walk from Matera's main square. The owner met us at the location, showed us where to park on the side of the building, explained the facility to us and then drove us to a lunch spot on a busy Sunday. She was very nice and added to our enjoyable time in the Sassi city.

The owner only spoke Italian but he use Google translate to explain everything about Matera. He even took us in his car for a guided tour of Sassi Matera. He provided us with snacks and drinks at the pantry. The owner is very welcoming and he really took care of us. Even reserved a car park for us right in front of our hotel. 5 stars for his service.

This is an exceptional BnB. The host went out of his way to help us, he took us around Matera to see the sights and the old town in his car. He took us to the post office too. He is amazing! The room and bathroom are beautiful and very modern and clean.i cannot speak more highly of this BnB.

Pretty clean and neat b&b with brand new Ikea furniture ♥️ Fridge available to cool your drinks and also a lot of bottle of water on the house , very much appreciated

The staff is very gentle

The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The additional extras such as coffee, water and milk and breakfast items was a great bonus and very much welcomed. The owner offered to take us around town for a tour, we took the offer and highly recommend anyone to go if offered as it’s a great intro to the town. The bed was so comfortable too. Would highly recommend this room to anyone.
