It is located in an area a little far from the center, but it doesn't matter because public transportation is very close. Very clean and tidy room, there are about 3 doors to go through so security is maximum and gives a good feeling of security I think it is a great and worthwhile place to stay, I would return.

Really sad that you cannot use the kitchen. Kind of a high price for just the bed and bathroom. Of the free toileteries a small bottle of shampoo were provided, not even a bar of soap to wash your hands. The neighborhood is unpleasant and full of homless people, althught we cant say it was dangerous. Poor sound isolation, you can hear your neighbors of the other rooms.

New room, nice looking. Great location - nearby metro, trains, all public transport. The room was clean, it was cleaned daily. Several nice places to eat only a short walk away. Self check in.

When we arrived, we struggled to get the access codes to get into the property because there was no one who spoke English. A set of English instructions would have been super helpful.

Rinaldos rooms ist a very good choice. The Location ist very Central, Team and bus Connections in next street, Metro about 15 min walking. The rooms are modernly and functionally equiped. Enough space and comfort. Assistence by Rinaldo is very good and helpful. And also the caretaking of the guests and rooms by Riya, the good soul, was Family Style. We are happy that we found this option to stay in Rome and would return without hesitating.

The neighbourhood is quite unsafe. The price is a bit high for this location

Abit challenging to communicate with the lady who seemed to be in charge due to poor english. Alltho she was very kind and helpful, so all in all a very pleasent experience. Also we experienced a low capacity of hot water during shower (5 minutes or so and it went cold) but I'm sure there's a good explanation for that.

The balcony is no added value as there are air conditions on it and there is hardly place for a chair, let alone two chairs, basically it has no use at all.

Super clean, comfortable, easy to get there from Termini main station and also close to another metro. Possible to walk to the city centre as well. The room has nearly everything what a great hotel room can offer. The only thing I was missing was glasses, kettle (at least for common area) and second chair to sit on. The host brought me glasses next day. He was very helpful, always online to answer questions if needed. I'd definitely come again and recommend!

We only had to ask for new towels, in a 5 nights stay. The Wi Fi collapsed one day. The way on foot from station Termini, with a trolley suitcase and a backpack, is not recommended, take a cab!

The room is very good, modern and clean. The entrance is safe. Rinaldo answers the phone or message when you need him. We found a very nice bar right after the corner for breakfast. Quiet location, good sleep!

The room is perfect for two people and it was very clean. The property is situated between two metro stations, Termini and Vittorio Emanuele, so transportation is very easy. The staff is very friendly! There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

Whoever see this , dnt stay here. very irresponsible host and didn't bother to come or help with check in ( worst communication). A lady that worked for him apparently came after 40 mins who couldn't communicate either as she didn't know where is our room in that apartment or even the booking. Not clean bedsheets. unfortunately i had booked for 3 nights already but no one came to change bedsheets in 3 days. No cleanings service for room or toilet. (charging every penny while you book it for these services). and last but not the least, room had insects and one came just under blanket the day we checked in. Worst experience

The sink in the shower was clogged by hair from the first day, therefore we spent our firts night with cleaning. There was long black hair also in the bed, on the bedsheet and on the pillow. We didn't get any fresh towels or bedsheet during our 5 nights stay. The toilet paper was empty in 2 days and it was not refilled. There was no soap in the bathroom at all. The full trashcan was not emptied. The bed is horrible, feels like a brick, also the whole bedsheet, blankets, pillows were very bad quality, it was super uncomfortable to sleep there. The neighbourhood is next level: crackheads lying all around in the night, I don't recommend anyone to step out after 22.00.

The staff was friendly, and it was good price compared to other available options at the time (we booked pretty late, we were already in the season). There was a working air conditioner, also the lights were working.

The area was very sketchy and nearly scary, wouldn’t want to go there at night time. The place was very difficult to find, no signs for the hotel at all. Ended up calling to the keeper and then had someone to come and get us from the street. The woman was friendly but spoke very poor english. The corridor and the elevator felt quite unsafe and we were hesitating even wether to go in or not.

The room was pretty nice and clean. It had everything we needed for one night stay. Close to the central station which was convenient if you ignore the area..

Only my advice - it was a little bit hidden in the building so maybe a better location instruction would be welcomed. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about, I recommend everyone this accommodation

10/10 accommodation. The room was clean (every day the cleaning lady came to the appartment and cleaned it), there was an air conditioning in the room which was a big plus, the special lightning in the bathroom and above the bed was really a nice added detail. The location to the Termini station and Colosseum (and the city centre) was also of great importance
