10/10 and as a cherry on top — the owner was so kind to let us stay in a different room after checkout, because our flight was only in the afternoon. We used a baby cot there so my kid could sleep in a bed and not in a stroller in +37. Very child oriented. Missing Pippo cat already. Grazie mille!

It was perfect for what we wanted

Just spent a week here and it was superb. The accommodation was perfect, with a great pool area. Kitchenette was great to be able to self cater, with a Eurospin within a 5 to 10 min walk away. We didn’t have a car but found the tourist bus to and from the airport superb - only 30 to 40 mins and stops right by the property. La Cinta and other beaches also easily reachable including San Teodoro centre which comes alive from 8.30 onwards with the night market, bars and restaurants. A boat trip is a must (try booking the team at Zulu beach on La cinta). But what’s great is you can also relax nicely by the pool too. We hired bed linen and towels for the apartment which was easy. Would go again and recommend staying here.

So peaceful, beautiful pool which was very clean and well maintained. Nice walk into town. Staff were very helpful! Our air con failed on the first night which was very uncomfortable however the next day we were moved rooms and the additional air con fee was waived as a result. The staff were very apologetic and sorted our issue very quickly.

The studio apartment was very functional for everything you need on a beach holiday. It is basic but you really don't need more than that. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen had all utensils and the outside pool and garden where just lovely. The cherry on top is the owner and his kind availability. We could borrow umbrella and beach chairs from him and since the apartment was ready he let us check in early. We loved our stay and we would recommend to anyone.

Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Pool was really great, very big and clean. Very calm hotel, good to go with kids and yet very silent. Very close to the city center of San teodoro and to supermarket. It was very clean and well maintained.

The restaurant was closed, which we were not aware of. Although shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The cooking equipment was great and certainly sufficient however the cooker had only 2 rings and it was impossible to even use both rings at the same time as the size of the pans and the proximity of the cooker to the wall meant no 2 pans would fit on the rings at the same time. We "managed" to cook meals, one piece of equipment at a time, letting some food cool whilst doing so but it was not easy.

The atmosphere - the whole of the property was very clean, grass cut, pool clean, appartments clean etc., etc., and exceptionally all this was done without fuss, seemingly out of sight of the guests. There was a very calm, peaceful atmosphere pervading the whole area. Supplied were strong umbrellas for the beach, magazines, loads of books-you didnt need to ask, everythings was just there, so considerate. The apartments were delightfully located with beautiful views, the swimming pool was large and beautifully clean and the shape really enhanced the environment. It was a lovely property and I will certainly be back.

Both the apartment & pool area looked better than in the photos. Located close to town centre, restaurants & supermarket. Owner was really helpful. Shower was extremely warm & powerful.

I didn't like getting a bill when leaving which included country tax and towels and linen aka bed sheets. Wish they said how much in the beginning of checking in.

We had a fantastic time here with my 2 year old. We stayed in a studio room and it was perfect for what we needed. We travelled in September after the schools in the UK were back. We had a ground floor with terrace. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower always had hot water and good pressure. We had blackout blinds in the room. My son wasn’t waking up until gone 9am. Recycling bins are super helpful. WiFi is included. You are about a 5 minute walk to Eurospin which is a bit like Lidl. A 15 minute walk into town, which has fantastic markets at night and lovely restaurants. We hired a car to visit various beaches in the area and they were all stunning! You can park your car here for free. The pool is a right touch as there are not many places in San Teodoro that have pools. We had it to ourselves most days. The baby pool was suitable for my son as he could walk no worries. Really good value property. We loved it so much and would definitely book again. Thank you Le Tre Querce.

Nothing to mention. Everything was perfect!

The location was lovely. The apartment size was perfect for two people; the kitchen, as was the bathroom, was well-organized and clean. Around the apartment was a huge garden with a swimming pool (perfect for chilling)

The pool was big, quiet and lovely with well kept gardens. The apartment had a great view of the pool with a good sized terrace. The apartment, a little tired, had everything we needed for our stay and it was great to have the option of paying extra for air conditioning. The walk into San Teodoro town was easy and not far. La Cinta beach was 5 minutes cycle or 20 minutes walk. Paulo and his staff were great too.

Unfortunately everything outdated, it needs refresh. Very beautiful place, pool was absolutely beautiful but rest need a little bit of work done and looked after. Bed lining and bath towels extra cost.

Linen and towel pack, a little damp smelling, possibly because it's pre packed wrapped when wet? Towels a little rough. Need upgrading as you pay extra for them. Sunbeds need a little attention and more for when it gets to high season. Didn't appreciate neighbours feeding the cats outside the appt came meowing around looking for food daily. Maybe a poster to say no feeding the cats.

Fantastic place 20-minute walk into town 25 to 35 walk to la cinta beach depending on which way you go. Lovely well-kept gardens and a pool to die for. Or free bus from.outside. Free bus also into town and beaches. We hired a bike from top of the road and cycled to beaches 30min away Lu Impostu and anot3er one near Cala d'ambra. Supermarket 10min walk plus cafes. Paulo helpful, good pleasant staff. Quiet and relaxing, just perfect! The shower is always hot, and water is all the time. Great recycling facilities. Great patio to sit and have drink and meals. Bed large and comfy. Great air con. It is easy to get around using Google maps. Free beach umbrella for beach if required. Would definitely return.

There is no shortcut to the beach, but a bus stops in front of the hotel and goes to the beach and to the centre.

Very peaceful and comfortable property. The pool is crystal clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and the person at the reception goes above and beyond to make sure the guests have all the information needed and he helps with their requests.

The only thing i can mention is that a place needs a renovation. I’d give a higher score for that.

A cozy place with most of the things you need to serve yourself. A clean and well-kept swimming pool. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Overall it is a very good choice to enjoy the nearby beach (4-5 min with a car) and the city.

That I cannot stay longer!

Lovely stay! It is very beautiful complex of apartaments with huge and very clean swiming pool and plenty places to relax. Rooms and area very quaiet and clean, very good located in walking distance to Centrum of San Teodoro. Close by beautiful beaches like Cala Brandinchi or La Cinta and more. It is also perfect base for traveling around amazing Sardinia. Host was nice, warm and he care about everything. Ladys from houskeeping were also super nice. This is perfect place to be. I fully recomend.
