10/10 and as a cherry on top — the owner was so kind to let us stay in a different room after checkout, because our flight was only in the afternoon. We used a baby cot there so my kid could sleep in a bed and not in a stroller in +37. Very child oriented. Missing Pippo cat already. Grazie mille!

Pool is great

Just spent a week here and it was superb. The accommodation was perfect, with a great pool area. Kitchenette was great to be able to self cater, with a Eurospin within a 5 to 10 min walk away. We didn’t have a car but found the tourist bus to and from the airport superb - only 30 to 40 mins and stops right by the property. La Cinta and other beaches also easily reachable including San Teodoro centre which comes alive from 8.30 onwards with the night market, bars and restaurants. A boat trip is a must (try booking the team at Zulu beach on La cinta). But what’s great is you can also relax nicely by the pool too. We hired bed linen and towels for the apartment which was easy. Would go again and recommend staying here.

It was perfect for what we wanted

The location, host (reception) and pools were just perfect. Also the inner area is very nice and pleasant for children, that is true. Rooms in the apartment were clean too.

The apartments surrounding the swimming pools in the inner area, closer to the center/pools might be very nice inside - definitely with better views. However if you get one of those outside (e.g. room 807) it would be very unfortunate. We stayed in the one next to the parking area. You can see just the backdoors of other apartments from one side and from the other side there is neighborhood road. And located next to the collection point for rubbish. Not sure if the price is different but this is just unfair. Furniture is very old in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom - not many places to stuck the clothes in. Kitchen accessories seem to be from long time ago too (e.g. gas stove - need to use matches). In the bathroom there was the hot water boiler tank with limited water. Also you have to pay for AC. Seems like this property needs some more love and money. So please go there to help them grow!

So peaceful, beautiful pool which was very clean and well maintained. Nice walk into town. Staff were very helpful! Our air con failed on the first night which was very uncomfortable however the next day we were moved rooms and the additional air con fee was waived as a result. The staff were very apologetic and sorted our issue very quickly.

The pool area and gardens are a lovely place to chill and relax.

No facility to purchase essentials.

Cockroach (just a few but still )

The studio apartment was very functional for everything you need on a beach holiday. It is basic but you really don't need more than that. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen had all utensils and the outside pool and garden where just lovely. The cherry on top is the owner and his kind availability. We could borrow umbrella and beach chairs from him and since the apartment was ready he let us check in early. We loved our stay and we would recommend to anyone.

Apartment itself was very basic but clean.

Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Pool was really great, very big and clean. Very calm hotel, good to go with kids and yet very silent. Very close to the city center of San teodoro and to supermarket. It was very clean and well maintained.

The beauty, tranquillity, calmness, and stillness <3 It is better than the pictures!

The restaurant was closed, which we were not aware of. Although shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was as I expected I would recommend to one and all.)

The atmosphere - the whole of the property was very clean, grass cut, pool clean, appartments clean etc., etc., and exceptionally all this was done without fuss, seemingly out of sight of the guests. There was a very calm, peaceful atmosphere pervading the whole area. Supplied were strong umbrellas for the beach, magazines, loads of books-you didnt need to ask, everythings was just there, so considerate. The apartments were delightfully located with beautiful views, the swimming pool was large and beautifully clean and the shape really enhanced the environment. It was a lovely property and I will certainly be back.

The cooking equipment was great and certainly sufficient however the cooker had only 2 rings and it was impossible to even use both rings at the same time as the size of the pans and the proximity of the cooker to the wall meant no 2 pans would fit on the rings at the same time. We "managed" to cook meals, one piece of equipment at a time, letting some food cool whilst doing so but it was not easy.

Both the apartment & pool area looked better than in the photos. Located close to town centre, restaurants & supermarket. Owner was really helpful. Shower was extremely warm & powerful.

The pool was really nice and the area its in is very pretty and quite.

I think that it could have had maybe a toaster or kettle in the kitchen.
