Disappointing valet parking. We waited for 90 minutes for the car. It was supposed to be 45 minutes. No explanation of delay or sincere apology.someone adjusted back seat of car , which gives us concern that someone unauthorized drove it.

We moved to this location after another location didn't meet our needs. Despite being a last minute (literally) booking, we were satisfied with our stay. The room was quaint and had basic amenities to get us through the night. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about.

Great location in centre of Ortigia but also quiet. Staff are super helpful with check in, helping with our bags, directions, parking. Also very quick and helpful responses to questions when planning our stay. Family room was very comfortable- everything we could’ve wanted.

We loved everything about the accommodation. The location was in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to numerous cafes, bars & restaurants. Easy walking to explore all the wonders that are on offer in Ortigia & Syracuse. Never far from the sea. The rooms themselves were spacious, well equipped ( a fridge was a real bonus to keep water cool ) & spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds & linen. Air-conditioning was efficient which was a real blessing in the heat. Last but not least Emanuela & Paolo were so helpful, efficient & friendly. Would absolutely recommend & would love to return.

The location was perfect for us, right in the heart of Ortigia, and everything was very clean, bright, and simply decorated. The hotel staff were extremely helpful - the finest we've met in all our travels. We also used the car pick-up and parking service recommended by the hotel and it was great.

We had a great stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Ortigia. The location was perfect to see all the island has to offer in a short period of time. The staff were exceptional and the room was clean and spacious.

For us everything was perfect, but we didn't have suitcases or any big luggage, only carry on backpacks so it was easy to go up and down the stairs, but for people with heavy luggage it will be a bit of a challenge.

We very much enjoyed our stay and want to specifically thank Emanuela at Reception who was so polite and welcoming and of great assistance which definitely made out stay much more comfortable and pleasant. The reception is reachable via WhatsApp all the time, which was very helpful. We booked a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed as we had our kids aged 5 and 10 with us. They loved the bunk bed and our bed and pillows were also very comfy. There was complimentary water in the room, which was very nice. Very clean overall and plenty of towels as well in the bathroom, as well as some toiletries. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, so all the main attractions are within few minutes walk, yet the place is in a quite street so not noisy at all. We also think the room rate was a very good value for money. The place offers valet parking for €25 which was very useful as they pick up the car right in front of the apartments and return it whenever you want the next day. We were also allowed to pick up the luggage later in the day so we can enjoy as much as we like before we leave town.

We were so delighted with this hotel as it was immaculate, the staff could not have been more accomodating and the rooms were very comfortable with quiet even air conditioning. The beds were the most comfortable we found in all of Sicily and the location was very central.
