Everything is perfect. The room ,the facilities ,the parking is free, the location is very near to the city center, the staff is very hospital, .

I asked if they catered for gluten free diet, I was told yes they had a GF corner. Went for breakfast couldn’t see anything, I asked waitress, she went to cupboard and gave me packets of biscuits n one bread. Didn’t ask what I preferred , and had to ask again next day. A bit disappointing especially as I had asked before we arrived.

I stayed in a triple room which was a great size. Lots of space. The hotel was on a bus route into Verona, to and from the train station and to and from lake garda which was very useful. Staff at the front desk were helpful and answered any questions I had. The room was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods on offer. Lidl supermarket was within walking distance and there was an excellent pub across the road with great vibes and good food.

Where was the shower curtain? It was very difficult to have a proper shower without soaking the bathroom floor, due to the lack of a shower curtain.

The room was a great size and very spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was pleasant enough. It was good to have a car park available, as we had a hire care (additional charges apply). Walkable to the centre of Verona (around 30 mins) with enough shade en route.

It's a little old fashioned hotel, so AC is not that strong, which is maybe a problem for someone in 40°C.

The hotel is not very close to the historic center if you want to walk. The fridge in the room was very small and barely worked. At the time we stayed, the temperature in Verona was 36C, so we needed cold drinks all the time.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, with parking spaces (paid and unpaid). The service was on a high level, everyone was kind and helpful, spoke English well. Communication through Booking was complete and detailed. It was quiet at night, the air conditioning worked well, which is important if you are staying in the middle of summer. There is a small restaurant and bar in the lobby, and you can sit with a drink in an open garden at the back. Breakfast was ok, there was food and drinks for every taste. The price we rented the room for was very good. We stayed with our dog (a small one-time fee is paid) and when we arrived there was a bag of cookies for her, which was a sweet gesture. We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to friends.

Old style, a restaurant on 1st floor with poor light not very appealing. The floor was dusty I didn’t feel safe walking back to the hotel at night

A bit far out from the old town. Also, spa needs to be booked separately, and a bit pricey at €80 for 2 hours.

TV difficult to operate

Immaculately clean, staff professional and the breakfast was excellent offering plenty of choice of both hot and cold food. Location is about 25 mins walk into the city centre. We travelled in our car and the parking facilities were undercover and safe.

The bed was super squiky. The bathroom dood got stuck a few times, so you can't open it from outside. The water in the toilet was leaking.

The restaurant and bar were great, the staff were very friendly. The ambience is actually authentic 80s style which maked us feel in a movie.
