Unfortunately, the location is not optimal. Still a half hour walk to the center or other interesting places. We found this (with baby and in the heat) quite annoying. Nothing else negative to report!

The apartment (family suite) was very spacious and nice. Nice beds and good air conditioning. Easy to check in because of the host's information.

One of the remote control for aircon didn’t work , lucky we used the other one to switch on the aircon so it wasn’t too much of a problem

One of the best experiences on apartment stay we had in Italy; first of all the apartment is well furnished, comfortable bedding, well equipped and good location for self driving; the owner is reactive, instruction for checkin sent in advance and super clear; we really enjoyed our stay and it’s one of the truly value for money choices

Definitely a dishwasher is needed together with more kitchen utilities such as more plates, fork, knife, cups etc...

We stayed in a flat which was renovated very well lately. There is a shared kitchen with other room(s) without any dishwasher. All other utilities at the kitchen are OK but sharing kitchen is a little bit problematic when other room occupants want to use the same kitchen device or glass with you at the same time. Every room has its own refrigerator. It is far to city center. So, walking is not OK to city center, but it is close to tram station next to "Social Hub" named building. There are mosquitos at the neighborhood and mosquito defenders was provided by the management, that was good.

The place is very clean! There are a supermarket, a laundry and a coffee shop nearby. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, perfect for a good night sleep after one day walking around the city. You take the bus number 17 and in 10 minutes you are close to the history center. You can pay the busses with your credit card, contactless.

The pillows were a bit old and uncomfortable but we asked Lorenzo to change them he came the same day with new pillows ☺️

The walls were bit thin, so we could hear the neighbour coughing badly when he was home.

Hugo was amazing to deal with. Days from checking in to meeting us in person and explained everything to us, he was very attentive and had great communications. The property was very comfortable to stay with all the amenities, in a relatively quiet area. It was around 15mins walk to the city center and also around 15mins walk to the nearest shopping center. Thank you Hugo for having us!

Modern apartment in a historical building with modern access/ security system. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and stocked with the essentials. The host was gratious to provide us with good coffee and amazing budget friendly recommendation for eating out. The place is located at about 30 minutes walk of all main attractions of the city and the neighbourhood is quiet ad peaceful.

We took the tramway and then a short walk from the train station to the apartment. Hugo met us and showed us around. He spoke a little English but we were able to communicate fine. He gave us a few recommendations for places to eat and was very helpful. The place was clean and a my family had plenary of room for what we needed. family.

The room is really tidy and big，decorations have really good taste and aesthetics. Bed was comfortable. With elevator so we dont need to carry the luggage by ourselves. Hugo gave us really warm welcome even though we didnt make a precheck in online. Felt like home and I will definely choose Leopolda home if I travel here again.

Great quiet residential neighborhood close to the city. Locks are very safe on each door, and there's a small kitchen and fridge if you need to cook at all. There's AC as well, which was much needed at night.

We loved the apartment so much! It had everything we needed for a short stay in the beautiful Florence. Very nice with great finishes, well located on a very quiet street, at only 10 mins walk from the city. Hugo the host, was amazing, always willing to help and to make a difference in our stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our favorite. Ugo was very accommodating with our arrival. He gave excellent recommendations for food, entertainment, and even laundry facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the environment was relaxing. The kitchen area was well stocked and functional. You can't go wrong staying here.
