super clean

it was too good, we were sad to leave

Perfect location right at the beautiful beach. Nice own hotel beach with more space between the chairs than typical. Beach facing south-west with beautiful sunset. Room refurnished in grand style, very thoughtful, nicely furnished and practical. Very clean. Our room was huge. Nice balcony also. Nice pool with views of the vulcano. Good breakfast. People warm hearted. In 5 min walking distance to the town. Restaurants by the beach close by (50 meters) with nice cuisine and pizza. Thank you management and team. We had a fantastic stay!

Prices in the rooftop bar too high compared to surroundings.

Everything! All the staff were very nice and friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable. We got very lucky that they upgraded us to the suite with fabulous view! We were so happy! Everything was perfect. We also tried the sushi restaurant and it was delicious and the service was great too. The shuttle service to the port was much appreciated since it was so hot outside. Wish we stayed longer. It was an AMAZIN stay!

Spotlessly clean. Our suite had direct beach access, extra friendly staff. Incredibly tranquil in early June.

We forgot to mention the AC wasn’t adequate so they didn’t get a chance to fix it, we had 2 hot sleepless nights. Also there were issues with the drains which created a slight damp smell which hotel was aware of and apparently were dealing with. The hotel exterior needs a pressure wash and a lick of paint but overall we were happy

Staff were extremely brilliant. We were welcomed by Roberta. For breakfast Julia was simply fantastic as she spoke and understood little English. She prepared vegan coffee and served us with vegan milk for tea coffee. Pedro at reception was also very helpful. The resort grounds were fragrant with Jasmine and rosemary. Our room was comfortable There was ample space in the bathroom drawers to store our products. Beds and pillow comfortable

Toiletries were not of good quality and no body lotion provided. Very few options for vegetarian or vegan. We could only have bread and butter jams and very small selection of fruits.

Clean and well-maintained property located right on possibly the only sandy beach in the Aeolian Islands. Less than 10 minutes walking distance to the port and restaurants.

We came only for the rooftop that they show on all their pics in booking.com, and the terrace was closed. Very dissapointing!

Without any doubt, the location: just off the sables noirs beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Exceptionally located right on the beach at Vulcano. No other property on the island has this position. Breathtaking views, perfect location, walkable to main town and port.

Great location at one of the best beaches of the island (lovely view, the softest black sand). Great for sunset drinks and perfect starting point to explore the island. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel needs some maintenance, especially the exteriour parts. Not super clean.

Suite on the beach with hot tub so a lot of room mini kitchen and patio area…

The roof top bar very noisy but also the best place in town to see the sunset so party every night and all people from the island turn up, but tired for the money, beach seating behind beach club so quite far from beach which is always busy and often dirty but is black sand…

Location was excellent and had its own beach access.

The room had a musty odor but after 3 days running the air conditioner the odor was gone.

Too much light comes in from outside, which made me wake up earlier than usual.

Very good. Staff friendly and accommodated my pup. Right on the beach and easy walk to the port. Highly recommended.

The rooms were a very good size, comfortable and clean.
