The position in Rome

There was mold on the bathroom’s wall. The mirror was cracked and there were stais all over the walls. The room is tiny and the AC wasn’t working.

Great location!

There was no signal in the bedroom. Wifi didn't work the first two days, although it was sorted in the end. Room could have been cleaner.

The location was perfect

The toilets and floor was not clean, and their was a very foul smell, also very dusty.

Right between Fontana de Trevi and Spanish Steps. Restaurant across the street. Supermarket right at the corner.

All was good.

The owner was responsive.

It is not a hotel. There is no 24:7 desk. No one replaces the towels or cleans the bed. Additionally, the bathtub has jets but they don’t work. The room is also very small and the reception is terrible. No service though there is wifi.

The main point of this apartment is the location. The bathroom is really good, the bed is good, the cupboard is good. The host was really nice and easy-going, he allowed us to do the checkout later because he hadn't another booking for the checkout day.

My worst point here is that there were not any curtains to protect the bathroom to be wet from the shower. Also, I thought that we would have some kind of welcome drinks, according to booking pictures. Moreover, I feel that the price was too expensive. It is true that the location is excellent, but we paid around 94€ per person per night...

Wonderful location next to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Lots of places to eat nearby. Walking distance to many things. Paola and Gianni were great

Excellent location. The manager was kind and allowed us late checkout before our flight on the final day as there were no guests coming immediately after us. The room was small and dark, bed was hard and we ran out of toilet paper - but these were all vastly outweighed by the excellent location and reasonable price point. Overall a good experience.

Interior is amazing,location is wonderful.

The AC doesn’t make cold air, only comes out with wind. Too hot to sleep. In the end we just have to open the window and switch off the AC.

The location is good. all other criteria were not good 1 we had no contact with the staff, we didn't see or hear from them. t

The room is pretty wide include toliet.

We cannot find the hostel for 2 hours. There was not any name sign of the hostel. It was not hotel or hostel. It was like airbnb. We cannot enter without the keyman. So we tried to contact with the owner with whatapp continually. But she contacted me few hours later. We walked there around and around few hours with waiting answer. We already tired even before travel. Also the building is fixing something.
