Stairs in the beginning, because I had heavy luggage. For the lockers you have to have your own lock?

It was clean and new, modern. The personnel was really nice. The kitchen was close to the room, it was quiet in the room. Bunk beds are a bit lower but didn't bother me.

This hostel is only a 20 minute walk from milan central station so is perfect for making day trips to surrounding locations from milan. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and facilities were great, had a little kitchen which was great to make my own meals during the evening.

Don't forget to take some cash with you, they strongly recommend it as the card is pricier because of it.

The wifi is really really weak, it almost doesn't work in the room, I tried 2 of them on multiple devices and none works properly even when I'm in the common area :( I have no issue with anything else, just the wifi because I work online

The AC was on only during the nights which meant it was a little warm when we came back in the late afternoons to lie down and get some rest, but then during the nights it was so freezing that me and my friends often woke up shivering. It would work better to have the AC on during the heat of the day which would keep the room cool throughout the evening and night.

Everything was great in terms of the rooms, we were upgraded and the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming and environment was great. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom facilities were great.

The bathroom had very wet floors every time someone showered, but otherwise we have no complaints.

There are plenty of common areas where you can talk to people or just sit relax and they have 2 kitchens which comes in handy. You can see that there is a strong community here!

Big hostel, a bit squashed in. Aircon was freezing at night. Bathrooms are tiny and no mats for floors. Towels (that you pay to rent) are super old.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that the AC is only turned on from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m and if you are in the bedroom during the day, it is really hot.

Lockers are provided but you have to bring your own lock! Or I think you can also buy one. For some reason the toilet seat in our bathroom did not stay up, which made it very inconvenient to use. Also no hand towels or something of the like provided. The blankets have no duvet covers (hopefully they are washed in between though).

Beds are shakijg when people climb up, doesnt look very stable. If you want to use AC you need to go always to ask to turn on.

40 min walk to Duomo, clean and confy hostel. Supermarket Pam 5 min walk There's a small basic kitchen where you can cook/eat. AC on from 9PM to 9AM. I had a good stay.
