Very clean and comfortable. Hosts/staff were exceptional. It is two blocks from Vatican and the metro stop is across the road. Super quiet and really good restaurants in the area… cannot fault it 😊

A little on the small side but there were four of us! The lift wasn’t working and in august five flights of stairs was not fun, however I cannot complain as we had advanced warning that this was the case

Very clean modern room with everything you could need. Location is perfect to get around Rome and the Vatican City. Very beautiful place.

The room was lovely and clean. We had access to a safe, steamer, toilietries and clean bedding and towels. On arrive we was confused at first on where the apartment was, but the lovely Coralie answered us straight away and came down to us. She showed us to our room and explained everything whilst having her number if we needed! Such a great touch. We had a nice view and great, quick 4min walk to access the metro station - around 7min on the metro took you to the metro closest to all attractions Also warned in advance about the broken elevator which was great communication Next to some great restaurants and cafes - 4minute walk to the vatican

Just small errors i didnt particularly like: - could only pay tax in cash, could have been a card machine as we couldn’t understand the italian bank details sent to us - mattress was very springy - room wasnt cleaned the second day so it meant we didnt have toilet roll - a stash elsewhere would have been good

Nothing stood out in a positive way. The lack of basic amenities like hot shower water overshadowed everything else + very poor customer service.

This was honestly the worst accommodation experience I’ve had through Booking.com. There was no hot shower water for our entire two-night stay. It was 37°C in Rome, and we felt sweaty, sticky, and exhausted. We tried to contact the host several times — he initially responded but ultimately ignored my messages and never resolved the issue. Not being able to shower was incredibly uncomfortable, unhygienic, and unacceptable. We couldn’t sleep properly, and it completely ruined our trip. The property did not meet even the most basic living standards.

Amazing location surrounding by lovely Authentic bars and restaurants and a lovely 30/40 min walk to all the main spots and city centre 10/10

The room was lovely and clean. It had AC which was a life saver in the 37 degree heat! The owner was lovely and answered any questions immediately on WhatsApp. It was quiet and only a short walk from the metro and Vatican City.

A beautifully decorated room with a spacious and practical bathroom, comfy bed and situated in a good location. The daily room service ensured rooms were kept clean and tidy.

Nothing we were very pleased with the accommodation.

Conveniently located very close to the vatican, trevi fountain, pantheon, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops close by as well. Several locking doors between the street and the room so you feel pretty secure. Nice room with comfortable bed and bathroom.

Wifi connection was less than optimum, kept disconnecting. There was construction going on in the building and the very old elevator up to the room seemed sketchy, though it worked fine while we were there.

The room was super clean,nice decorated and had all the utilities needed.It is close to cafes, restaurants and shops, while the bus and metro station are 2 minutes away. The host is very helpful in everything we asked for. Coralie is so sweet and gentle!! We surely recommend the room and if we had the chance we would come back again.

Rome is a busy city with a lot of noise, but the accommodation is quiet and peaceful.

The host provided clear instructions to find the location, including how to enter the property via text/email.

We couldn't get the lights to turn on in our room at first, and had to troubleshoot for quite some time before it finally worked. We tried to contact the host but we didn't hear back until a couple hours later. We stayed in 2 other luxury suites during our vacation (3 in total) and were only charged €6 city tax per person per day. However, this host charged us €7 per person. Additionally, the other establishments provided free water bottles and treats in the room, but this one did not. Lastly, we could hear the guests in the next room.

A great experience at LISA suites. It was clean, great location, great facilities and exactly as expected/described. Daniele was a great host and we were well looked after. We were given detailed directions with pictures and descriptions on how to find the property. It was all very easy! Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this place in Rome! The accommodation was beautiful, cozy and clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Vatican City and close to the metro, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in the city. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet well-connected with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!
