very nice place with a pool and terrace, with sunbeds where you can see the sunset over the west coast of the isle. pool open till the night, really rural and suitable for a romantic stay. if you like calm, quiet and remote places, you are right here... Federico very friendly and nice guy.

A truly authentic agriturismo experience! Nestled in a peaceful setting with breathtaking sea views and unforgettable sunsets. The place is beautifully decorated — indoors and out — and incredibly comfortable (best bed of the whole trip!). We loved the homemade breakfast and really appreciated the eco-conscious approach. Our host was simply perfect: caring, helpful, and full of great advice. Plus, he speaks excellent English and French. A little slice of paradise — highly recommended! Grazie Federico !

I loved how comfortable it was, the rooms are a really high standard. The food was amazing, delicious cakes and savoury food for breakfast. I loved all the little nooks to sunbath, the gardens and the rooftop terrace. The bathrooms were gorgeous also . The host Fredrico was helpful and provided lots of local information.

This is the perfect vacation spot. A B&B of higest standard. Tastefully decorated rooms. Bathroom large . Each room has its own patio where you can sit and watch sunset.. Tasteful surroundings with a lot of flowers. A swimmingpool. Breaktfastexcellent and served either inside or outside. The host most friendly and very helpful with travel suggestions. Highly recommended

Everything here was wonderful, including the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, the tranquility of the location, the breakfast, and most noticeably, Federico's kindness. Our stay at Lispusada Agriturismo was one of our most enjoyable during our time in Italy. The old, original hilltop property has been lovingly and sensitively restored and extended without unnecessary modernisation whilst providing everything required for quiet rest and relaxation. A pair of beautiful rooftop terraces overlook the surrounding countryside and idyllic swimming pool area, while the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our bed was the best we had during our time in Sardegna—just had to mention this as my husband had something negative to say about every other bed we encountered—and the breakfast spread was just perfect. The living area of the main property is made available for guest use, and we spent a tranquil evening there reading books on the sofa as the only guests that night (during low season). The real superlative goes to our host, Federico, who was helpful, kind, attentive, and seemed to oversee everything single handedly, including preparation of a wonderful breakfast each morning that included various salumi, cheese, mixed croissants, housemade fruit tarts and mini bruschetta, as well as yoghurts and fruit. His restaurant advice was excellent, as were his recommendations about local sightseeing options—we particularly enjoyed our day trip to the nearby island of Asinara. Lispusada Agriturismo was our final stay during a special holiday to mark our 20th anniversary—we would certainly recommend it for those seeking a somewhat remote, quiet destination, with enjoyable sights, amenities and restaurants within reasonable drives. The property can be reached from Olbia airport in about 1 hour 20 minutes, while Alghero is probably half that, so getting in and out with a rental car is easy.

Nice place for short stay near Porte Torres: good breakfast, clear and comfortable room. We stayed only one night so didn't have time to enjoy all amenities. Kind host and good reception service

Missing shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom

Excellent place to relax and disconnect. The view from the room is fantastic, where we could witness a beautiful sunset peacefully. Around you can hear... Nothing! :D it is amazing the amount of quietness you can have around you and recharge your batteries. Breakfast is prepared fresh everyday and the homemade pies are out of this world. Also, a special thanks to the host Federico. Thank you for providing a lovely stay! Your suggestions, help, and kindness made our trip more memorable!

The electricity got affected a few times due to the weather conditions and even the water. At one point it was out for 1.5hrs.. I presume this was due to the place running on an eco friendly structure which unfortunately if there is no back up solution can affect your stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a small kitchenette which was good seeing there wasn't dinner options. The breakfast was amazing. The back terrace seating area was a bonus especially to just enjoy the beautiful sunset. Federico was a great host.

Cleaning of the rooms and emptying of rubbish is only done every 3rd day. We would have loved our bed made and rubbish collected daily.

I loved the zen feel of the property and the attention to detail, incorporating old with new. Many private secluded areas to enjoy. Having a pool was fantastic. Breakfast is homemade by Frederico, delicious! Sunset is absolutely beautiful.

Breathtaking and peaceful place with 360 degrees view! The rooms were very well equipped and clean with nice private terraces. What made our experience memorable is the wonderful host Federico. He was very welcoming, warm and helpful. He helped us plan our visit to the north. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very fresh, delicious and homemade, but everyday exactly the same and not a broad choice. This is by and large compensated by the perfect service and kindness of the host and staff; if you need anything, Federico will try his best to get it for you.

Federico is an amazing host, very cordial and helpful yet leaving you your space. The location is breathtakingly beautiful, the rooms are top notch, the airco was sublime at night.

I would like to have more salty and vegetarian options in the breakfast . But they made omelette for us that was gold!

Very easy to check in, room is very clean and practical. There's even a small kitchen in it. Frederico was super helpful about where to see and go. We planned our limited time according to his advices. Thankful for that. Pool was very refreshing our daughter loved it
