Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Such a warm and friendly welcome. Only a short distance to Pisa centre and great secure car parking. The owners are super helpful. I fully recommend this great place.

Wonderful host. Even though check-in was officially until 8 PM, they contacted me, asked about my location, waited for me, and checked me in without any issues. The apart-hotel is very beautiful, with spacious and cozy rooms, and a tasty, well-prepared breakfast. There’s secure, gated parking and a great, convenient location. Highly recommended!

The owner Federico very welcomely greeted us. He made us feel at home. We were able to put our car inside this very safe gated property. The room was large and comfortable. It was impeccably clean.

That we didn't have the time to stay longer...
Everything. Very clean, nice owners, quiet, with everything you need. The bed. Oh my god! I never slept so well in any B&B 😀. We were only staying for a short time, as we only visited Pisa for one day, but we will surely return next time, when we will visit the area 🙂 Wish we would have more time for breakfast, it looked like it would be worth exploring, but we were on a tight schedule. Next time 😊

We stayed in a brand-new apartment. Federico, the host, was unbelievably kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was a real highlight! Fresh and tasty, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The homemade desserts were incredible—don’t miss the chocolate cake, it was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, and the location is excellent—just 5 minutes from the historic center by car with easy and convenient parking. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! We cannot think of anything!!
This property is beautiful with attention to every detail of style and comfort! It is located in a quiet, residential area away from the traffic and busyness of the city center. However, it is only 15-20 minutes to the sights of Pisa, the airport and the train station. We were also able to take several day trips to nearby cities.

Breakfast was typically Italian meaning great. Even American Coffee was in a nice Italian style. Personel extremely friendly and helpful. The room and the entire hotel was extraordinary clean and everything was organized in a perfect way.

To reach the perfection , appreciable to add boiler, coffee, iron, slipper, inside the room.
Area is peaceful. As soon as you are entering the hotel a fantastic perfume is catching you ( that's a Grasse famous perfume from France). The Welcome is very kind, the interior decoration is great and elegant. The room are very clean, spacious, the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is great with eggs, cakes made in home, coffea, bread, toast.... I recommend this hotel for family, Business or with friends. You feel like you are welcoming by a Chatelain and Chatelaine.

everything is so beautiful
While researching the hotel, I chose this place by looking at the comments. It is really great, very clean, everyone is very helpful and friendly. You can take the bus from the back of the hotel and reach the city center in 15 minutes. It has a private car park in Hotel.They ask you if you want anything extra for breakfast. They make it right away. I have never seen such an environment before. Thank you.

Frederic, the host, was exceptional. He went above and beyond what a top level concierge at a 5-star restaurant would. The convenience bar showed a level of trust and confidence that I haven't seen in over 30 years. Air-conditioning was very effective. Room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were spotless and everything was in excellent condition (like new).

The location is a bit far from the airport/train station and center, it was about 20 euros for a taxi to the location from Pisa airport, if you have a car I highly recommend, it was a nice last minute reservation considering that there was nothing else available more centrally at this quality I had a lovely stay.
Room was modern, clean and bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. Breakfast was really nice and it's a lovely family run establishment.

Federico and Ricky were fabulous hosts. Probably the most welcoming property we've ever experienced. Delicious breakfast and quiet location. Spotlessly clean! Ricky's mother bakes delicious cakes and tarts for the property. We would definitely stay again!

Stopped here for 1 night straight from Pisa airport.Great apartment (room 101),1 double bedroom, twin beds for the kids in the main area with a table for 4 and kitchenette. Secure parking at the B&B, and a good breakfast selection. Best yoghurt sponge cake - light and tasty.
