Nothing our stay was perfect.

The location was perfect, short walk to beach and town centre. Our host was always attentive and helpful. Breakfast was simple, toast, pastries, fruit and yogurt and coffee of course. The room was spacious and comfortable, we absolutely loved the shutters for a little sleep in or siesta.

There was a green light in the room, that couldn’t be turned off. At night it was annoying.

No elevators so worth noting if you have heavy luggage but to be fair there was only a short flight of stairs to the rooms so was still very manageable.

The location was great. Could walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff were friendly and assisted when necessary. Rooms were clean and provided enough space for our 3 night stay.

There was a building site right in front of my window. They started making noise at 6:45

I could walk from the station and hike along the promenade for several hours. The breakfast was excellent.

- doors are not well insulated - construction work right across the building starts before 8 am

The sleeper couch is in the main room and there is too much light at night. The walls are very thin and any sounds carry throughout the property.

Location was great. The terrace on the top apartment is very nice! Didn't have breakfast.

Really pretty room and bathroom. Everything worked great and was comfortable (beds, A/C, bathroom etc.) Property was exactly as represented. Quiet. Hostess was so kind and very responsive when we were going to arrive very late with airline and then train issues. I was able to follow her instructions and get into the property no problem which is important at 12 midnight. Breakfast was very nice too. Would absolutely return.

The self check-in : the owners were not even there to welcome us and give us the keys and all instructions (knowing that they live just opposite to the B&B and we did not arrive late (3pm) and it was not a sunday)... The air conditioning was working but even at minimum temperature (16°) and maximum speed, it was not really cold...we had beaked 2 rooms and it was the same for the 2 rooms.

Very good location, close to the beach and close to all restaurants and shops. Rooms are well equipped and very clean.

Thee host was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. the room was clean and everything was brand new. I loved how the key was in the lockbox that made it easy to for me to check in at my leisure. 10/10 would stay there again.

Modern Rooms with good equipment, very close to the beach (2nd row) and a good small breakfast to start in the day. We had booked two rooms in the 2nd floor, both rooms had beds for three persons.

Unfortunately car parking was an issue but we eventually found accessible areas to park.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location- close to beach and central area. Clean and modern- very comfortable bed. Air con worked well and fridge kept drinks cold. Good choice of breakfast.

The b&b is perfectly located to reach the beach, the restaurants and also the train station of Capo D’Orlando. The bed was very comfy and the host was really nice, helpful, and supportive!

Parking is horrendous. Very difficult to find a parking spot. The terrace needs some proper sun protection to prevent the heat coming into the room. As a result we couldn't open the blinds. Air-conditioning could be improved as it was barely making it comfortable. Inside the apartment there is no way to relax and for 4 people the sleeping arrangement is inadequate.

The location was great. very close to the beach and to the main restaurants and nightlife areas. Very friendly host.

The Seaview apartment had only a partial view of the sea. Stairs leading from the 2nd level to the 3rd floor apartment were very steep and in my opinion dangerous even when not trying to carry luggage up and down them. Advertised as B&B but not if you book the apartment. Bed and pillows not overly comfortable. Impossible to find parking close to apartment so be prepared to walk.
