Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe location on the park was at the far corner away from all amenities, so a very long walk to the pools . The zipper on the tent was broken, and gnats were everywhere. Swimming hats needed in the pool, the site restaurant was very, very slow, expensive and food ok. I expected more, fast food. Shop had little veg and fruit selection. One major down side with thd tent was the noise, thd location next to the road meant you heard all traffic and ambulance station must be near by. Also music was playing somewhere each night until 3:30am which sounded like it was in the tent.
Lovely glamping tent, wirh excellent facilities included for a family of 6. With young children.shop was excellent and reasonably priced. Pools were very good, but beds not included.

IcelandWould not stay again. The camping itself is 50/50. The tent we stay was nice and clean. Restaurant, store, bar staff was nice and friendly. Reception was halfway helpful. From very nice staff who been helping, suggesting to the staff who was unhappy to answer simple questions. Just one swimming pool open, the kids pool closed till uncertain time. The other swimming pool which located close to the tent open from 10:00 till 19:00, but around 18:00 they already start to ask you get ready to go out and putting chlorine in water. You need to wear swimming pool hat, but shower is not obligated, which not making this pool clean at all. The entertainment team, all of them seams nice, but the program all the time the same as music from 80s which is not make feel you comfortable to be by the pool. The trees around are very beautiful, but part of them dry and destroyed by termites. Do not walk next to this trees, they can fell down. The transfer to the sea 2 times per day. They can drop you near the Hakuna matata free public beach, which is not kids friendly. The other beaches around is private, but you can pay for entrance.
Property was clean, you have everything what you need for a good staying. Not far from the swimming pool.

MontenegroWhen we made the reservation, we were told that towels would be provided, but we did not receive any. We had to use the bed linens to clean ourselves. There is no internet. One of the air conditioners was broken.
