I wish to offer you an answer that will clarify the negative points you indicated: the room you booked was a classic double room in the dependance and all the rooms in the dependance are provided with coffe machines and tea facilites. Coffee and tea are free in the rooms Since you did not include breakfast in your rate, you paid the coffee you took at the bar. We are bit concerned to read that you were not completely satisfied with our breakfast, we will check the points mentioned since we take great care over breakfast. As for the lack of direct accessibility to the hotel, it can be a bit of a nuisance but the reward is being in the very heart of the town and you can almost imagine to live in centuries gone by!
