United StatesThe air conditioner struggled to cool the room to the desired temperature. Small refrigerator temperature was not able to be adjusted. Small items yet big when considering the heat of the summer.
Excellent location on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all questions we had. The room was nice and even with a side view towards the beach, it still provided a good view. Bed was comfortable. Beach access with beach chairs and umbrellas was included. Very nice breakfast buffet.

SloveniaThe bad thing is that access to the hotel after 8 p.m. becomes problematic. (Zona Trafico Limitato). Driving through the pedestrian zone is no fun. It's not the hotel's fault, but a fact worth bearing in mind. You can only load and unload passengers and luggage at the hotel itself. Then turn around on a tight patch and drive to a car park 400m away from the hotel. (You will not be escorted, but given a diagram where you can be confused with a nearby (more decent) car park with the same name. Yours is the one with the trees.The parking spaces are unpaved. Because if it's dry, there will be a lot of dust on the car and inside, and if it rains, there will be mud. Parking a car with dimensions bigger than a Volkswagen Golf will make you sweat. Even if you have 25 years' driving experience. Even if you manage to squeeze successfully between bollards, trees, ropes and neighbouring cars in the car park, you still have to pray that your neighbours don't open their doors too much. I haven't had much luck. Apart from a couple of gull excrement stains (the size of a man's palm each) on the car, I found an excuse to visit the insurance company and the auto paint shop. Staff. Be prepared to be stressed from the first minute. Under no circumstances dare show your ID cards. Passports only! Don't care if you're after a long drive with a crying baby. Otherwise you will be threatened by the police. (I usually stay 15-20 times a year in hotels in Italy: there have always been enough of the first name, last name, date of birth and ID number that no one even checked, but not here: here a college age girl under the watchful eye of the either owner or manager dressed from head to toe in Gucci and Hermes (in a 3-star hotel!) shook the documents from my wife and me, assuring that the ID card is not a document.
The first line from the sea. That's good. Good breakfasts. Not varied, but the quality is quite decent. Tables for breakfast enough (early season). To the beach - a couple of minutes on foot. Sun loungers are included in the price. Parking is also included. Very good quality cleaning. Towels change. Internet (wifi)- present. Not good quality everywhere, but tolerable.

SloveniaOn checkout, tried to take a second time (in cash) the tourist tax paid on arrival. After an outcry, the idea was abandoned. But the unpleasant residue that they decided to cheat us out of an extra couple of euros, in addition to the other unpleasant moments the staff had caused us, remained.
Overall, described my impressions in a previous review. Not bad, overall, but the set of punctures does not make you want to return or recommend the hotel to anyone.
