What’s not to like! Incredible views, peaceful location and not too far from town with nice restaurants. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Extremely clean, quite big, very peaceful. Tiziana shows very good energy.

Beautiful house with very nice garden and neighbourhood. Very friendly hosts, Tiziana and her husband and son. They made sure we felt like at home and gave us lots of beach recommendations. Impeccably clean apartments which are cleaned daily during your stay. The garden has very well kept lawn. Everything needed for an Italian breakfast is included in the room price: various types of biscuits, coffee, milk, plates and cutlery. We had the occasion to wake up before dawn and if you keep your window open, you can hear a couple of roosters announcing the day. They are in a distance, so they aren’t too noisy.

The shared breakfast space had no sink, which could be handy to wash some fruits or vegetables if anyone prefers continental breakfasts. Also, there were quite few plates, so we had to wash the dirty ones in our bathroom without a sponge to eat breakfast. Because of the above, is quite difficult to eat any other meal than breakfast at the property. The automatic gate mechanism could work more smoothly as it not always reacts to the signal from the remote. It appeared to not close itself automatically. Despite these small inconveniences we had a wonderful time in Luca’s rooms

Everything was great. It really is a very beautiful and lovely place. Tiziana is very accommodating and friendly. The furnishings are modern and the rooms are very spacious. Although no breakfast was included, you could make your own coffee and tea and there was a plate full of sweet bits for breakfast. We had everything we needed and will definitely be back. With a car you can get to the beach and the surrounding villages relatively quickly.

The place is amazing, at the end of a little group of houses, in the countryside,and you can see the sea. Our room was big, comfortable and extremely clean. The furniture is new and nice, everything is super well maintained. There were also nice details: a bottle of water in the fridge, the anti mosquito electric device for example. And Tiziana is just such a lovely host! Always available for sharing tips and making you feel at home! For breakfast there is everything you need and more, like some homemade cookies or cake! Thanks a lot,we had an amazing holiday!

Location, view, countryside, room size (which is spacious), Tiziana’s welcome, bathroom cleanliness.

High level of humidity inside, curtains too thin to assure darkness in the early morning. We were alone so didn’t have any problem of noise, otherwise the rooms are not soundproof at all.

Awesome host Tiziana. Definitely You can feel, she is doing what she can to make Your stay comfortable. Nevertheless that it is help with small things or the apartment equipment. Despite information about breakfast, every day You can find some sweet cake for breakfast as well as drinks and coffe. Apartment itself was new, in good style, very good equipped and with comfortable bed. Lack of door in the bathroom was not an issue for us. Quiet air conditioning, good internet and excellent location to beach, kiting schools and valledoria restaurants and shops (all in 5 minutes range with a car). Terrain around the apartment felt like it was a agriturismo with sea view. Definitely like the stay there and really thinking of coming back in case of coming back to Sardinia.

That we needed to continue our journey of seeing different places in Sardinia and left this place.
