Beds could be bigger and lack of English . But the host put in a lot of effort.

Great place, spacious rooms and super clean. Nice balcony and pleasant looking house. Hard working hosts , drove all the way to help me when I couldn’t open the door. Lovely couple.

The only thing is that it’s a little far out from the historic centre. That’s not a problem once you know that the bus 3+ stops on Via Moretti less than a five minute walk from the house. You can pick it up at the station and a fifteen minute ride brings you to Via Moretti. Going back into town you get on at the same bus stop as it’s a circular route and it’s easiest to go from via Moretti (get your tickets first!) and ten minutes brings you to the centre next to the river. That might not be the closest stop to Piazza dei Miracoli but it’s a great walk through the historic centre. Alternatively there’s a really nice walk into town (half an hour if you’re no longer young or fit!) along the aqueduct.

Lucy has a beautiful house that she keeps in immaculate condition. The room is fresh and nicely decorated, the bed really comfortable and the shower is much better than our own at home! There’s a communal area for breakfast with loads of different teas, coffee etc and breakfast snacks - I’ll be looking out for freccine (like small cakes) which I’ve never seen before but really liked. The garden is really gorgeous and Lucy has plans to continue improving it. It’ll be amazing when it’s finished. We had lunch on a little balcony one day and it was lovely.

    All good.

All rooms were very big, clean and comfortable. The host is very nice, left a lot of amenities like cookies, water, coffee, jams, etc. You can park free and safe right in front of the house. You can reach the tower of Pisa by walking in 30 minutes. We did it with kids and it is quite easy. The host also suggested us to have dinner in Ristorante Santi in the old town. It was a great advice, I strongly recommend to go there.

Amazing location, facilities and hospitality! If you are visiting as a couple or as family you should stay with Lucy! Parking is very easy. The circle centre is just 5 minutes away by car(about 5 km away). Very calm and amazing staff! They have board games for family or group of friends. An authentic experience in the heart of Pisa.🥰

Very friendly host, assisted by a lovely elderly couple. The location is perfect. On the outskirts of Pisa; if you want to explore Pisa on foot you can take the bus but a healthy walk into town is also an option. Very spacious room, clean and well-kept. Well-stocked Lidl supermarket just around the corner.
