We stayed in a spacious family room under the roof with a beautiful view of the mountains. The town itself is lovely and peaceful. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff during breakfast. Their warmth and hospitality made a big difference and are the main reason for my still high rating. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide and pleasant selection—far above what we expected and very appreciated. The price is quite reasonable for the area, considering the room size and location. Private parking is a big plus.

Window had no shade, so we were woken up early by the sunlight. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, which made showers uncomfortable and led to water spilling on the floor. Towels were worn and were not changed during our stay. Additionally, the room had no kettle, fridge, or microwave—there was no way to make tea or coffee, especially inconvenient when the bar was closed.

Lumen is a nice middle-sized hotel with big parking. Breakfasts are really good, staf is nice, calm and attentive. It was comfortable to travel by car to San Piligrino and Civetta ski regions, as well as making Sella Ronda and Grande Guerra.

Very uncomfortable (and also short and I’m only 173cm) bed, skewed 7 degrees!) Zero facilities, near zero amenities/equipment (just a hair dryer, toilet paper and micro size safe, however no kettle, no shower gel, no fridge) Restaurant not open for dinner Mediocre breakfast Impossible to regulate heater in the room Room floor dirty Nearly impossible to find/book a place to have dinner in the area other than a disgusting Serbian pseudo pizza - but to be fair, that’s not a fault of the property.

Good location. Skibus stop 300-400m away. Using car also no issues,huge parking in the hotel, free parking near ski lift. Great staff, helped with each and every question. Great value for money.

Very friendly and loving people at the reception and in the restaurant! Thank you for answering all our questions and being so friendly. We enjoyed our stay, Room(double room) that we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable..room cleaning was perfect!! All clean and tidy! It was better than in some much more luxury hotels. Thank you for this!! The terrace was big with lovely views. The food was epic!! We had a problem eating all those 3 plates because the portions were huge. Food, staff, room, big car park at the back, and location 10++ Thank you again, and keep the standard high.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The highlight was the exceptionally nice and welcoming staff, who made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and clean, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience.

The exterior of the hotel could be maintained better.

The breakfast was great - different options, English breakfast, biscuits, salami, eggs ...... Everything was delicious.

Dinner although optional could be better / no pizza and spaghetti which will be better for families with children/. However, they offered traditional dishes, and it was good to try them.
