Everything was perfect! Very friendly staff. Location is great, parallel street to the pedestrian area..and 3 minutes walk to the castle and beach. Parking in front of the hotel..reservation needed. The room is elegantly furnished..we had a terrace with sunbeds and chairs. Air conditioner was great, as we were in August. Kettle and coffee machine available. Fridge, safe and hairdryer available. Room is quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast with a selection of breads, sweet tarts, cereals, eggs and bacon.

On booking.com they claim they have parking but in fact this hotel has only a few parking spaces which were of course taken so we had to spend more than half an hour looking for a parking space in the town which was of course a long way from the hotel. Really uncomfortable and spoiled our stay here. Also, air conditioning doesn’t work when one is not in the room. The room got very hot while we were away and although we turned the air conditioning to full when we arrived, the room stayed at 26 degrees for hours later.

Comfortable room on 4th floor with own terrace. Interior is quite new, so it all works fine and looks good. Breakfast buffet is abundant and of good quality. Location perfect near beach, old toen, redtaurants and shops.

The only issue with our room was the A/C and heating control. It was digital, but when we tried to switch between heating and cooling, the A/C wouldn’t always turn on. The manager came to our room to help and explained that the balcony door had to be fully closed for it to work. However, as soon as he left, it switched off again!

This hotel is a lovely new property, just a year old. Our room was nice, and the bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. We also had dinner at the restaurant, the food was tasty, though I personally would have liked a bit more flavor. That said, it was still enjoyable! The manager and waiter were both incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great stay!

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the town and easy to access from the motor way. The bed is very comfortable and the room is super clean. The staff goes out of their way to care for us.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The owner went above and beyond to help me find parking (because the hotel garage was full) and even paid for my parking ticket! The hotel itself appears to have been recently refurbished and the rooms are perfect.

No parking, no assistance with parking, no warning before we arrived that there would be no parking - they just told us to drive around until we found something. It took 45 minutes to find a street parking spot a 20 minute walk away. We had booked a suite with a sea view for our last night in Italy. They informed us when we arrived the room we booked was not available and put us in a 1st floor loft suite with a view of the busy street - it was huge and brand new, but was a strange layout that didn’t quite function for a couple. Shower didn’t work until the manager came to work on it - twice. Then it leaked all over the floor. They were very apologetic and gifted us a nice bottle of wine. I felt bad for the kind woman who worked there - but I would not stay there again. Especially not for over 250 Euros a night.

Close to water front and old town. Very new, modern hotel. Spacious room with large bed . Reception was very kind and apologetic.
