After 5:00 no reception. We got locked out of main gate our code didn’t work and I tried calling and texting number that was given without any answer. Luckily someone living in hotel opened for us. I was also charged extra for pets but I did not have any so I had to go prove to them even though cleaning lady could see when she came in our rooms that there was no dog. We were also not left clean towels one night and again I had to try texting the number and since it was still early I got a response and was brought fresh towels

Location on beach was amazing. Close to town walking distance. Clean , spacious, beautiful room Restaurant was amazing for included breakfast. Staff at restaurant was nice

I would have prefered better communication we had seen lockers available for luggages but we didn't get any answer whatsover about it.

Fantastic room, mine was front facing and the sand in the beach felt like I was in the Caribbean. Lovely clean sea water. Only stopped of on way to a ferry port but I will be back with my wife for a stay soon.

The only drawback was the terrible smell in the room. We blocked the drains, but couldn’t find the source.

I understand they are still in the process of upgrading, but it would have made the room feel so much more comfortable if they had added "any" wall decor, such as; decorative mirror, colorful painting, mural, art, or even a fake plant. Instead the very clean and modern room felt like a lonely college dorm room. Also the city has spotty internet, at least this was my experience as well as a couple of other people I spoke with. The hotels wifi wasnt consistent and I wish I had brought along my own mobile wifi hotspot.

Location was the best part of this hotel.

Once they finish construction this place will be exceptional but in the meantime it was a bit off putting and confusing to get around the building. Breakfast was at the restaurant downstairs which requires you to leave the building and walk around to get to, a bit of a hastle. The restaurant was also closed or only serving pizza when we went in late August but the staff of the hotel recommended we ate there, so that was a bit confusing

BIG room if you are in the suite, we also stayed in the quad room for a night, great for sleeping but not much space for anything else. Right in front of a free beach & lidos, LOVED to be able to walk right to the beach from our room & not have to pay for a space at a lido. Closer to town the beach is all private so you would have to pay for a seat and umbrella. We did not interact much with the staff but from our whatsapp conversations they were very helpful!

The building is still under construction, but that didn't interfere with our stay.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The coffee and contents of the mini fridge were complimentary. The location was right across from the sea. Linda was very helpful and pleasant.

Pls be aware: this is a self check-in facility. It is also located in an unfinished building to the point that when one arrives at the location one is left to wonder if in the right place. It took us 40 minutes to figure out what the property was about and where the actual entrance was. The entire place looks like a ghost hotel with main doors left open and empty spaces once inside. The painting smell mixed with dust from construction made our stay horrible. We coughed the entire night and we left quickly the next day. I'm not sure who owns this place but it is clearly out to make a quick profit without dealing too much with customers. Finally, it is questionable how whoever operates this place will respond to emergencies, if at all. Stay away from this place. Do not consider it even for one night.
