Amazing stay at the villa. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms very conveniently located in close distance from the beach, local villages and "la notte Della taranta " festival. Rich breakfast and an amazing pool to relax and unwind. Most importantly, the staff at the villa is one of the friendliest we 've ever met while travelling. Stella and Anna with their welcoming smiles is what made our stay an unforgettable experience ❤️

Everything was great, but I’d recommend making the breakfast buffet more colourful and appealing, especially for guests who prefer savoury options.

The villa is beautiful and peaceful, immersed in the Salento countryside yet only a short drive from nearby towns. I loved the minimalistic, clean design. The room was comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and impressively attentive - asking about dietary restrictions in advance so they could be accommodated without us even having to request it.

The only problem was the existence of small insects on the room due to the fact that the villa is in the countryside

Anna was one of the most helpful and assisting women I ever met. The Villa was near to all the main destinations of the region Cutrofiano ia a great village full of nice restaurants and other places

Villa Lupia was very nice. I got a little confused on arrival as there are two villas. For the rooms there is a main reception and then rooms are off the hallways. I was trying to find my door from the outside patio which have no numbers obviously, but the stuff were really helpful and came to my aid very quickly and showed me how to find my room There are car parks inside the complex and automatic gates that you get a fob for. It is remote but it’s central to all the sites of interest around the area so great base for seeing everything. Lovely clean pool to relax next to.

The location very central for touring Puglia. The set up was great, very clean. The breakfast had a good choice of foods. Secure parking and excellent WiFi. Anna our host is very professional, helpful and charming. She went above and beyond our expectations.

**Exceptional Stay in a Beautiful Location** I recently stayed at Villa Lupia, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness, which exceeded my expectations and made me feel at home. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool, which was pristine and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The surrounding area was peaceful and beautifully landscaped, adding to the overall tranquility of my stay. A special thank you to Mirko and his mother, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference, and I am so grateful for their kindness. In short, everything was perfect—from the impeccable room and facilities to the exceptional service provided by the staff. I would highly recommend Villa Lupia to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The shower handle did not function properly and the bedside lamps had no bulbs in them.

The host and service was fantastic and the villa & setting very pleasant.

If I had to find one thing, the water pressure in the shower can be erratic sometimes but it’s not bothering at all!

Beautiful property where you can relax easily, Anna is a lovely host and you get to try typical Salento pastry for breakfast!

Word of caution for travelers who want to enjoy a few days of vacation while being "disconnected" (cutting the cord..) from their cell phones! I received an email on the day of my arrival (which I obviously could not read) to tell me how to get in, what code will open a box where the key of my room was. If there had not been another guest hearing me, I would have never got in since there is no staff present at the villa at any time. I just can't understand why when a reservation is non- refundable and fully paid in advance, the management of villa lupia does not advise guests that there is no staff present (new BnB concept as put on the wall of the villa), that room # will be given only on the day of your arrival and that to obtain a key you need to have your cell phone with you. Dumb, dumb.

We had a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was lovely. We sat and relaxed around the pool after our journey. We had the choice of having breakfast the following morning, inside or outside, we chose outside as it was such beautiful morning. We would like to have stayed more than 1 night, but as we were touring, we had to move on.

Everything exceeded expectations; gorgeous and spotlessly clean villa, recently refurbished, delicious breakfast (especially the pastries!), spacious, bright and comfortable room and a lovely outdoor space for enjoying sunset or a dip in the pool. Be sure to ask Anna for restaurant recommendations. We would have have been able to discover so many of the charming small villages in the area if we hadn’t booked here. Highly recommended. Everything was as amazing as presented. Anna, the host, was simply the most kind we could ask for, always available and sweet. Swimming pool and Sweet Breakfast two stand outs!

Some misunderstanding upon arrival as we found some equipment missing but everything was provided upon request. The kitchen could be better equipped but still sufficient. Wifi in the separated unit was bad and that's the main reason for not scoring 10/10.

We spent a lovely 4 days in Villa and enjoyed it very much. We booked a family suite for 4 of us. It's a nice unit separated from the main building. Very clean, convenient and private. Swimming pool is very nice and clean. Breakfast was nice as well. Staff was brilliant and very kind. Everything was asked for was provided.

We had booked B and B and this was managed by giving us vouchers for a nearby patisserie. The breakfast was lovely but I would have preferred not to drive to get breakfast

I’m trying to write something here but nothing comes to my mind

villa Lupia is perfect situated on quiet place. just 20 minutes from Lecce and 20 minutes from Otranto. I cannot decide was it better for exploring surroundings or just chilling by the pool. And not to forget our host Anna who is amazing.

A little hard to comunicate because staff didnt know how to talk in english but somehow we managed to understand each other.

Very nice staff, really kind and friendly, nice pool and good breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfortable. It was a pleasant stay.
