Snacks, refreshments, high quality toiletries all generously laid on. The apartment itself is stylish, tastefully and delicately appointed. The room was a little noisy at nighttime (from the road) however it was a great location close enough to the centre & also the train station

Maybe provide some milk to go with the tea & coffee, and the fridge didn’t seem too cold / work that well.

Excellent location with fantastic views over the river. Good facilities, with good AC, tea & coffee & biscuits, bathroom facilities and jacuzzi. Lovingly decorated in a traditional style with plenty of space. Comfortable and clean with a warm helpful welcome.

Would have like to make use of the coffee and tea making facilities but there were no cups to use. Also no glasses for water

Very good location, on the banks of river Arno, just in the centre and nearby the leaning tower, but outside the crowded areas. Very close to the train station, too. Large room and bathroom, in an old and very nice building.

Paolo was an excellent host, from coordinating and organizing our arrival to providing local culinary recommendations and helping with our luggage before we left. The room is majestic, has all the facilities you may need and more. The bathroom was perfectly clean, it counts with separate whirlpool bathtub and shower, as well as two sinks.

A large beautiful room in an historic building - what more could one ask for in Pisa? The jacuzzi tub was perfect at the end of a long day on your feet and the bubble bath and other thoughtful toiletries were a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the guesthouse is perfectly located for both the train station and all of the sights. Would highly recommend!

It would have been nice to have had real cups for tea/coffee and a couple of glasses too as drinking from paper cups was not what we liked or had expected!

The location was brilliant. The suite was a fantastic size. The furnishings were of a high standard. The jacuzzi bath was really good. Shower alternative was good too. Having a lift was a real bonus.

Kind & friendly hosts with great dinner recommendations and so helpful with accommodating our check-in. Spacious room, beautiful views and amazing location. We only stayed here for one night but loved it. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a base in Pisa.

Beware of mosquitoes when you keep the windows open (there is AC, so you can keep the window closed).

Spacious room in beautiful building with views on the Arno river, located halfway between the railway station and the leaning tower complex. Leaning tower just 10 minute stroll away and great to visit at night. Owner was very accommodating and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Check-in communications were very smooth (email) with quick replies. Highly recommended.

The bath needs to be cleaned as hair from previous guests is coming out of it when it's working. The rest of the apartment is very clean.

Apartment in a very beautiful old house near the center of Pisa, within walking distance to the main attractions and the train station. Stylish period furniture (and tapestry!), shower and spa bath. Cozy courtyard garden. The host was very helpful and patient as due to a flight delay I arrived very late.

The property was a noble period building with a welcoming coolness provided by the very thick walls and high ceilings. There is still an old garden accessed from front hallway and open to all guests who wish to spend some quiet time. Our suite was a large room entered through a hallway with a full size fridge.There was an extra large double bed with overhanging tapestry. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were beautiful quality and cool in hot weather. There were three large windows which open onto a view of the river. There was an extraordinary bathroom area with a massive sunken bathe and wash hand basin and then another room with toilet,shower and another wash basin. There was a lovely selection of Gels and shampoos available and good thick towels. In the main room there is a large table with a kettle,tea bags, coffee sachets,biscuits and a bottle of water.

Beautiful decoration, sweet owner, convenient location. The restaurants recommended by the owner are very good.
