The apartment is very nicely decorated, super clean, with a comfortable bed! Easy check in with the help of a very kind host, who gave us a complimentary prosecco! Great experience for a one night stay in Catania.

Would have loved to have had some instructions on how to use the jacuzzi but eventually we found that out ourselves. That would have just saved us some time :) The neighbourhood is just a bit dirty and dodgy but nothing to do with the apartment.

There's an african restaurant next to the entrance in the building and lot of noise came from there. If you are a light sleeper, there's no soundproofing unfortunately :(

It's been renovated recently and it has a really modern design, looks very nice. You have everything you need. The host paid a lot of attention to details :) And she helps with all that you need - transfer from the airport, trips, car rental :)

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main streets of Catania, with shops, cafes, and the train station all nearby. The apartment itself is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable — a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Simone is incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and ready to assist with anything. He really cares about his guests and made me feel welcome from the start. it may not be appropriate to write this as a review of the accommodation as it is beyond the owner's control, but the surrounding area is very far from being a tourist attraction, but it has to be said that good restaurants and sights are within a taxi ride for a reasonable price

Noise from the neighbours upstairs. Unfortunately on the day of the stay there was a some kind of concert nearby which wasn’t the problem but the neighbours upstairs had some friends around after that for a drink and was a lot of giggles and talking. Luckily they went home after midnight.

Lovely big clean new room. Attention to details. Breakfast in the room was lovely set up and plenty of food. This big apple 🍎 was amazing. 🤩

We had an amazing time at Simone’s apartment in Catania! Simone was the most attentive and welcoming host we’ve ever met – always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was lovely – spotlessly clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location. The quiet street made for peaceful nights, while still being just a short walk from the bustling city center and convenient bus stops. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed after long days of exploring. Little thoughtful touches, like a welcome bottle of prosecco and a guide to the neighborhood, made us feel right at home. Our stay at the Luxury Fire Home in Catania was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for. Simone, the host, is truly one of the best we’ve ever met — friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He waited for us on the street to guide us to the apartment, helped us find free parking (which is a real bonus in Catania!), and even assisted my wife with her luggage. The apartment itself is a gem — stylish, modern, and fully renovated with everything a couple might need. The location is ideal, just an 8-minute walk from the Roman Amphitheater and the vibrant center of the city. It’s the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. The highlight? The beautiful bathtub inside the room — a touch of luxury that made our stay feel extra special. Simone welcomed us with a small bottle of prosecco, stocked the place with coffee, milk, water, and even a few snacks for breakfast. It’s the little thoughtful details that made us feel truly at home. He also provided great local tips — where to eat the best Catanian food, what to visit, and even contacts for unforgettable trips to Mount Etna. Throughout our stay, Simone was always available via WhatsApp and made sure everything was perfect. If you’re planning a trip to Catania, Luxury Fire Home is an absolute must. Not only will you fall in love with the apartment, but you’ll also remember Simone’s hospitality long after you leave. 10/10 — we’ll definitely come back!

Dear Simone, Thank you for your hospitality from waiting for our arrival to coming before our departure. The room is lovely and very comfortable. The bedding is perfect. The room is super clean and you can see all the effort to create a comfortable cocoon for the clients. The breakfast for our entire journey was available from day 1 which made everything simpler. Special mention for the Prosecco bottle we received as welcome gift that we enjoyed while taking a jacuzzi.

This luxury home is a perfect way to relax and enjoy while in holiday. Owner of this home was SUPER excellent. Worth it to stay . Close to the city centre. I recommend 100% .. Will come back.
