TV interface was so slow, failed to update Netflix. AC was little bit much noisy.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and very helpful in getting us around Rome in our very short stay. I will stay here again when in Rome.

The only minor inconvenience was the elevator it’s quite old and operates a bit clumsily. That said, given that the hotel is housed within a charming historic building, this is entirely understandable and in no way detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel enjoys a superb location, placing you within easy walking distance of Rome’s most iconic attractions, perfect for exploring the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, Luisa, our host, made us feel genuinely welcome. She was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally helpful, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite the intense summer heat during our visit, the air conditioning throughout the property both in the rooms and communal areas functioned exceptionally well, providing a much-needed refuge after long days of sightseeing. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, with a refined and elegant interior that beautifully reflects the charm of Roman hospitality. Every detail, from the furnishings to the ambient lighting, contributes to a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Traffic by the street was loud as was the doors when other rooms would close their doors. Had a tough time getting good restful sleep.

The hostess was absolutely terrific. So nice and accommodating. She really made the stay great. Enjoyed the effort made to decorate and make the space comfortable.

Internet connectivity was really bad throughout our stay. Isf you are planning to do some online work, then you can not stay here

Location and room is good. within walking distance of Vatican City, Fontana Trevi and Spanish steps. Clear instructions were made for smooth online checkin and Luisa was responsive to our inquiries

This is our second time staying here and we are never going anywhere else! The staff is so kind and helpful, and the location is close to the main sights but gets very quiet at night. We always feel safe walking around and the rooms are very comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!

Although the bathroom facility was clean and modern, the shower cubicle in our room was very small.

The hotel room and foyer areas were very modern, well furnished and extremely comfortable. The location was brilliant for us as the hotel is not within the busier areas of the city and also within mostly equal walking distances between the main landmarks.
