Common area with utilities, location in hip area, walkable distance to nice restaurants, bars, metro station, easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend & come back :)

We had a fantastic stay at M99 Design Rooms. The room and bathroom were modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect, just a short walk to iconic spots like the Duomo, Spaccanapoli, and the Archaeological Museum. The host was incredibly friendly, with excellent communication throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Napoli!

The shower requires refurbishment, as the water flow was weak, and the bed mattress was overly soft, failing to provide a restful sleep.

The apartment’s location was excellent, and the room was very convenient with a large window that provided plenty of natural light.

It is near a busy street so you can hear the noise coming from outside but with earplugs it is totally fine.

The place is very clean and Paco was very helpful. Also the location is super convenient for exploring the city. Close to the metro, the main train station and the bus shuttle to the airport.

The road where the apartment is located migth be busy and loud, but so is pretty much all Naples especially on weekend.

Location is super central, the room was very clean, new and nicely organized. The host was superb and altogether we had a great experience! The room had all we needed, and the kitchen was clean, and nicely organized. We Ask additionally for extra services and the host was always happy to help. Just great!

The only bad thing was the Wi-Fi signal was intermittent and that it wouldn't reach the room (was the farthest from the router). In the living room works well, so in case you need to work you can do it there, but this is not convenient if you want to work at night.

The facilities are very well equipped. The location is unbeatable, although the surroundings are extremely busy and loud. Despite this, the windows are well sealed so it was not an issue to me (although if you struggle with noise this could be a problem). The decoration of the room (industrial) is fantastic.

Just left the apartment for a pleasant week stay. It is at great location, very convenient. Very chilled! Easy to walk around to major sight spots & lots of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. And also a mini Carrefour is just next door (really next door!) . The apartment is comfy, neat and well-equipped with everything we need, even coffee and tea :-) Without any doubt like other reviews mentioned that Paco & Giulia are very friendly and helpful owners who gave detailed advice on sightseeing and transport. Very pleasant stay with joy and relaxation. Highly recommended!

The stay was great, hosts are very welcoming and warmly greet you, and then share with you their passion for their city. the location is excellent, gives accessibility to all the hot spots in Naples, from historical sites to yummy food places. despite being in a busy street, your night sleep is calm and not bothered. the place is charming, tidy and clean with a cool vibe to each room.. overall recommended for a short stay in naples.

Industrial room. Very comfortable and clean. Location is great, close to metro station in lively neighbourhood. Everything reachable by foot.Very pleasant hosts wiliing to help and give advice. Seamless check in and check out. We could leave our luggage in apartment common area even after checkout

The matress was to soft for me.

The location, close to Spaccanapoli is great. I enjoyd the excepional popart design of the room and shared spaces. One of the owners, Paco, took the time to answer all our questions and gave us the best tips for our visit.
