The apartment is located at the base of the cobbled street, therefore it is quite challenging with suitcases. There are also a lot of stairs to reach the apartment again this too can be challenging. Ideal for short term travelers with a small carry on suitcase, not ideal for those traveling with a lot of luggage. The property itself was excellent. I would say it would have been easier if the host had welcomed the guest at the train station as the directions could have been a little clearer and I also saw many other hosts meeting guests at the station.

The property is very well placed with great views in easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

This apartment was perfect. Just a short, easy walk from the train station. It was so lovely to have a window overlooking the harbour and piazza, with insulated windows so it was never noisy or intrusive. The large bed was super comfortable and everything was clean, great condition and convenient, including the well-stocked kitchenette with a fridge just big enough to store some Prosecco and cheese from the nearby Coop supermarket ;) I especially enjoyed the deep soaker bath. While it's a compact little studio apartment, it never felt cramped--the open plan made it feel quite spacious, and the bathroom is really big by most Italian standards! The best gelato is out the front door and about 50 metres to your left! Sitting on the rocks around the harbour at sunset was a wonderful experience, as was enjoying a spritz in the piazza by the lovely chiesa. The bells of the chiesa are an enchanting wake up call in the morning. I couldn't recommend this sweet little apartment any more highly and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in Vernazza, which I found to be the prettiest and sweetest of the 5T.

We couldn't get the shower to work, but this wasn't a problem as there was a jacuzzi bath.

You do need to walk up one flight of stairs to access the apartment, which was difficult with our large luggage. Keep this in mind. Also, you cannot drive into the village so we had to park our vehicle out of town, catch a small shuttle van, and then walk with our luggage approx. 600 metres. Other than those two things, it was a very nice stay.

This apartment had a lot of Italian charm. Communication with the host was clear and helpful. The location was great!

The location was great, very close to the restaurants and water. Had all the amenities that we needed. The apartment was roomy and clean. The bathroom was large and the shower was amazing. Would defined stay there again. Marta was very responsive.

It was a really charming apartment in a great location of the town-on the town square. It had all the amenities we required for our stay, a few short walks to everything-swimming, the train station, and great eateries.

Only wished there was a small clothes washing machine , as we had to rely on the towns laundry self-serve, which was useless, so we had to bring clothes from the we to the next destination.

The location was amazing. Just open your window, and you're on top of the Piazza. The room is great size , modern and clean, with mini kitchen. The bathroom was huge . Easy walk down from station when it's time to check in.

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely MADA Charm Apartment. The place is literally right where the action is in Vernazza. Wonderful view and a few steps away from the cafes, restaurants , gelateria, shops and train station. We enjoyed a day tour to Porto Venere via ferry boat. The place is spacious, clean and updated with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen is stacked with necessities. The bathroom is very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. It can get loud outside during the day which didn’t brother us but surprisingly quiet at night when it’s bedtime. The communication was smooth and easy through text and messages, but you will never meet anyone to great you. We wish we had more time to visit other towns. Thank you!

Nothing. We had very large bags because we were continuing our vacation on a cruise - pulling them from train station (station has elevator) to Mada Charm and carrying heavy bags up the steps was the only challenge.

The location was amazing and the building is secure. Your belongings are safe while you’re out exploring.

The only thing was the keyless entry to the foyer then the apartment sometimes needs the code entered in a few times to work but this is a small thing.

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Very modern. The location was amazing, quiet considering you step out the door and into the main area with restaurants. View from the window was spectacular as you could see the beach. The host was always available by text or phone if I need to ask a question.
