We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelI understood after I booked it that the location is too far from everything else in the Venice area and the transportation is not good around after 21:00pm so if you prefer your quiet staying it's perfect for you but if you prefer to go out from Treviso area and not spending much money on taxi that could be a problem for you
I like that I have a full room with all I needed and even didn't think that I will need The staff were very friendly and nice to me And the food in the breakfast was good I had a time in the spa too and it has whatever you need

United KingdomThe shower was in the bath and was a bit slippy and difficult to get out of, maybe not so if you are young. Bath mat needs to be provided.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and a reasonably priced bar, maybe even cheaper than local bars and cafes. Not centrally located but a 5 minute bus ride from Treviso Station and town centre.

IrelandSometimes the bar staff in the evening were a little stressed. They were still helpful, though. Bar shut in the evening at different times, but it could have been communicated to the residents that this was happening or had a fixed closing time. Could have used a kettle in the room.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable with a good TV and a good mini bar with lots of soft drinks & a complimentary water bottle. Bus stop outside into town, really simple and if you like a 15-20 minute walk, that would also take you straight to the train station leading easy access to the town. A great shower.
