The apartment was big and spacious, with an additional entrance and large terrace. The bathroom had a set of shampoos and soaps and also towels. The kitchen was equipped with tableware, pots and pans but also basic cooking ingredients such as salt and oil. The bed was comfy and the AC was working rather well. The owner was really nice and gave helpful advice. The cleaning service came once a day in the morning hours and was really fast and efficient. The apartment was not far from the train station and in walkable distance of all town attractions.

The apartment was rather close to the train rails so if the terrace door was open it was quite loud.

We had a nice, modern and clean room. Enough space for 3 people. We missed a cupboard to but our things as we were staying for 3 nights. Coffee machine, table and small fridge were a plus. Parking is available for free in front of the building or for a sum from the owner. The train station is not far away, about 800m. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The property is further from the city center and far from the marina, but there is a bus stop. No cupboard to put our things, just a night table.

There was a coffee machine and a kettle in the lobby, a hair dryer and a fridge in the room.

The room is very noisy, right next to a busy road. If you have 3 days to rest, that's not what you want.

The room was spacious, clean, and nice. Location was near the station and city centre. Also near a large supermarket which was nice to make most of having a kitchenette.

The road next to the property was noisy and the bed wasn’t very comfy.

There is a kitchenette at the front door with coffee and tea available all the time Location is just a short walk from centre Parking was available in front of the house, for free. There were always free slots

There is no kitchen with every room bear that in mind as pictures can be deceiving. Bathroom could be cleaned better as we always had some dark hair in it (we were 3 guests: two blonds and a bald guy)

Marco was a great host, very helpful and gave great tips! The appartment was very big and pretty decorated. Train station is very close, perfect to visit cinque terre. We had a car so we also visited lerice and portovenere like Marco told us and it was beautiful! Free parking in front of the appartment or private parking for 6€.

The fridge was very dirty and overall I feel like the appartment should be deepcleaned. It was cleaned quickly everyday during our stay, which was nice tho. We also had a big leak at the toilet/shower, but I hope they already took care of it by now!

Friendly and informative host. Reasonably convenient location - 15 mins walk from train station and town. Nice room, though a little small. Good shower and blackout shutters on window. No problems with access or leaving luggage on departure.

    Bed a little slumped.

Marco who greeted us was very helpful and very informative of the local area and the best places to go.

Air con wasn't working which if it had been any hotter would have been uncomfortable

Close to the train. Nice decor

Dirty, spiderwebs in the room even though they cleaned the room almost every day. Very bad isolation, you could hear everything going on in the hallway and exactly what people outside were saying. The cleaning in general was very bad, still dirty floor and bathroom after cleaning. Annoying to be woken up at 8:00 every morning because the staff or other guests were talking and doing stuff. Not relaxing at all. To charge over 1000 euro for this place is insane.

Very clean (cleaned daily), good bathroom facilities. The host was very friendly and offered recommendations

It was quite a far walk to the centre of La Spezia (around 25 mins) and the bus services were very sporadic and difficult to understand (although this obviously isn’t the fault of the accommodation) just keep in mind! Also there was a small fridge for storing water but no other kitchen facilities and when booking the pictures made it seem like there was a little kitchen.

Easy check in and the host provided useful tips for the area and Cinque Terre. The apartment was serviced everyday and the shower had nice water pressure/ temperature (which has been difficult to find in Italy). We liked that there was a roller door shutter on the outside patio that we could put down every night or when we left the apartment to help us feel more secure and to block out light.

As the apartment is on ground floor, it adjoins onto a very busy road and we found the street noise outside very loud (especially early in the morning). The walls must be quite thin too as we could hear the other guests coming and going within the complex each day. It was nice having a kitchen however the range hood was broken meaning the apartment would become smokey and the cooking smells would linger for hours after cooking (even with the door open to the outside patio). The kitchen was slightly under stocked and the available utensils were a bit dirty upon arrival.
