As noted, the air conditioning was broken on arrival however this was promptly fixed so not a huge complaint.

Handy location within walking distance from the main train station but in a nicer area than right across, and within walking distance to most of the attractions of the city (with a nearby metro station that can take you directly to he Vatican). Room was as pictured and comfortable. Air conditioning was broken on arrival however was quickly fixed by the host, so no complaints there.

Didn’t get any instructions for arrival and it was difficult to get access. Shower was super small and difficult and the water kept changing temperature.

Room was quite spacious so we had plenty of room. Had air conditioning. Daily room servicing was available which was good also.

Bathroom was small, but sufficient. Maybe soon there will be need for a makeover of the decore. Everything was clean though.

Good location near the Termini, next to the metro stop, shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. Family room was spacious. The accomodation was good value for the money, as the idea is not to spend the visit in Rome in the room.

You could hear some constant buzzing, and we didn't know from where it was coming. I could sleep very well, because I was tired, but couldn't stay in the room for a long time because of that buzzing.

The location was good, very close to the metro station and Coloseum. The room was clean, and we had everything we needed. Enough space for the two of us. The reception lady was very nice and friendly, she explained everything to us with the map. Overall, it's good for money we have paid.

Overall it was very good, clean, near metro station , supermarket, caffè shops. The lady owner was so nice, very supportive. Good for the money.

Perhaps the only negative thing I could pick on would be that the walls seem to be pretty thin. Therefore, you can hear your neighbors next door when there are any.

The host, Lily, is a very sunny and funny person ! She's always to your disposition whenever you need something, and she explains how to visit Rome in the best way ! The rooms are spacious and clean. One thing that was really useful was the fact that there are eating tables in the reception and there is a kettle and a coffee machine to your disposition also :) .

We think there needs to be better instructions on getting inside the property when you first arrive as the guest house is inside a block of apartments with other residents and guest houses so is confusing and difficult to get in with three buzzer doors to get through!

The location is great for near the metro and the termini for getting about.

We have a beautiful time in Rome. The location is very good, metro station and Termini station are very close. Beside the building is a beautiful park and Colosseum also, so you can walk and enjoy. Staff was kind, we checked in after 10 PM with extra cost of 10 euro. Every day they cleaned our room. I recommended this apartments.

The housekeeper throw some of my staff. I can understand she throw the bag which I use to put my slippers because I suppose she think it’s a garbage bag but I don’t understand why she throw a Doraemon item which sorts the cable line..
