RomaniaThere is a railway near the hotel and the first time a train is passing by might be a surprise for some. But you can get used to it easily.
It was clean, nice, peaceful. Breakfast is with plenty of options to choose from (English breakfast, pastry, cakes, fruits). I also liked the balcony, the free parking in front of the hotel, walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach.

AustraliaWe were supposed to have a room with a balcony but upon check-in we were told that this wasn't possible. The room we did get was okay and so it wasn't really a problem.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and in the evenings when we sat outside with a glass of wine chatting to other guests, our host would often bring out some snacks for us to enjoy. We stayed here specifically to go to the San Marino MotoGP and it was a perfect location for this. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the railway station and the circuit itself is approximately a 40 minute easy walk from the hotel and is fun walking with all the other fans. It is only a five minute walk from the hotel into town in the evening to get something to eat.

The hotel feels like new, was renovated a couple of months ago. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and air conditioner works great. The amenities are really cool too. Great breakfast too!

My room was exceptionally clean, modern and well renovated. I liked the location being out of the main strip, and was made to feel extremely comfortable there. I stayed an extra night as I liked it there so much! Very accessible to the train station, and the rooms were well insulated so the trains did not disturb me. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Maioli.

ItalyYou can hear everything form the adjacent rooms/bathrooms. The train station close by was not a big issue for us, trains are not running often during the night and the windows offer good sound proofing
The owner is nice, friendly and always ready to help us out (especially with the request of taxis). The hotel is new and well kept. Room was small but clean, as well as the bathroom (that room has not a real shower, but the shower is in the middle of the bathroom with the curtain separating it from the rest of it, but not with a dedicated space). We were aware of this because the owner showed us room and bathroom before checking in - for one night and the price, it was good enough for us.
