The location of the place is perfect. A lot of great restaurants nearby especially with amazing pizzeria directly across the street. Francesca is the greatest host ever. She provided us everything we needed for a lovely stay including every day cleaning and even some useful tips for sightseeing Cagliari.

All was perfect

Just a few minutes walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, a very kind and helpful host. Very clean with a lot of details: tourist brochures, beach accessories, coffee pods, water in the fridge. Nice decoration as well. Spacious room and toilet

We really enjoyed the accommodation — it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay and even more. The host was very friendly, told us all about the city, what to see, and how to get around. We are very grateful to her. Our room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy, but since it was the weekend, it’s understandable — and still quieter than the central streets. A big plus is the location: everything is within walking distance, just 5–6 minutes to the main train station, and the same to all the bus stops, which is very convenient if you're not renting a car.

Spacious room with air conditioning. Very comfortable beds. High ceilings, quiet street at the edge of the old town. Modern furniture, mini fridge, useful recommendations for breakfast and dinner.

Place was a short walk from the train/bus station and 100m away from lively streets in the evening. Francesca was super lovely, genuine and helpful with how to get around town and where to go. Bed was comfy, room was super clean and bathroom was big.

Great central location, Francesca was very kind and personable and welcomed us in person. The room was clean, bright, airy, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was brand new, luxurious and spotless. Highly recommended!

It was all good.

Really surprised at the size as both bedroom and bathroom incredibly spacious. Francesca kindly saved us a spot to park our car as we came in late at night when it was very busy. It was in an excellent location so when tired from walking we could go back and rest. Francesca was an excellent host, full of recommendations including the best gelato in the city - and it was! She also noticed it was my husband's birthday and gave him a present - very touched. Would come back here and stay.

We had a lovely stay at this place. Everything was clean, comfortable, quite spacious. The appartment is in great location, not too high on the hill, in the city center, near bus/train station. We could use coffee maker and iron, maybe missed a fork or a spoon :) Francesca welcomed us very friendly and helped with all our needs.
