Excellent base spot to explore Manarola and the rest of Cinque Terre. The room was clean, the bathroom nice. The place is a few steps from the train station and the port. Do not miss the restaurant just in front of the hotel, and enjoy a fine, sunset-lit dinner with a seaview.

The views were absolutely stunning and with two large windows we were able to enjoy the view throughout the day. The room was very well decorated and spotlessly clean. The coffee machine and hot water pot made mornings all the more enjoyable. The owner/staff were extremely friendly, helpful with dining suggestions and very easy to communicate with.

I have no suggestions for improvements - we loved our stay.

Very clean room, with easy self check in. The room had a coffe machine and hot water boiler, which were nice additions. The small balcony can be useful for smokers and the bed was very confortable.

Unfortunately the shower head was broken and we could only use the little shower head, which was quite unfortunate after arriving from a very long walk to the property. The bell tower next door could annoy some light sleepers; we woke up but fell asleep again very quickly again.

Central location, great view, comfortable beds, clean. Recommend.

Great location and fascinating views. Good, clean and spacious apartment. Too strict on check-out time. Would have loved to have some coffee and water supplies stocked in the apartment.

It is a good 10 mins walk from the min parking lot. The closer parking is limited to the home owners and if you are traveling at night, it would be difficult to navigate.

Loved the morning view from our windows

We didn’t have a working cell phone and that made our check in very complicated in the pouring rain. We had to walk back down to a little store that was still open to get someone to help us call. There was only one restaurant still open after our check in in the entire village and it was just ok, not great.

This was a lovely accommodation. Everything was clean and the neighbourhood felt very safe. It was a little difficult to find, but once we were in, it was a very lovely stay.

The name on the booking site and the name on the property did not match, so we had trouble finding it. Also there were no instructions on how to access the property, so it was quite stressful when we could not find the right access. We would highly recommend providing explicit instructions or videos (as other properties do) to ensure a stress free arrival! Once in the room, everything was lovely. Instructions on how to use the coffee machine would also be very helpful!

Great location in Manarola, we stayed here for 1 night as a treat after staying 2 nights in Rapallo and a perfect end to seeing Cinque Terre. Giovanni was great. We turned up and pressed the buzzer and he appeared to check us in within a few minutes. Once you are at the top of the hill in Manarola to find the place just look for the alleyway between the buildings. About half way up before you get to the church you will find Manarola Sea View on the wall and it’s directly opposite Regina pizzeria and cocktail bar. (Also great) Room was great and comfortable after a long day There is a fridge in the room so be sure to buy drinks from one of the shops down at the bottom of the hill.

The name listed here is different to the name they use at the property, and I wasn’t sent any check-in info beforehand so it was a little confusing when we arrived. However I called them and the host was friendly and gave clear instructions and it was easy to check in after that. I would recommend that they change the name on booking.com or add another sign with the name used here to make it more clear.

The location was good.

What we thought we ordered through booking.com was not confirmed as ordered. 4 adults in one room that slept 3 did not work. The extra bed for the 3rd person was very uncomfortable, and then we were forced to rent a 2nd room that had mold on the ceiling and smelled the same. Wet and moldy. After staying in this 2nd room myself, I ended up w/ a lung infection that turned into pneumonia a week later. Owner was not very accommodating under the circumstances.
