Staff multilingual and friendly, which was a bonus. The location was amazing, even watching the sunrise from our sea front balcony 😍, something I've never seen before. We will come back here again.

The elevator (lift) is out dated and took forever to go up and come down plus it’s small. So be prepared to walk up the stairs

The bathroom is small but it is not caused problem.

There were ants in one of the rooms.

Nice hotel, wonderful classic breakfast. The hotel is located on the first line of the sea. Wonderful large beach. Heated pool. Free parking space. Rent a towel for the sea and pool 2 euros. In general, I liked everything. Also a big plus is the opportunity to rent a bike for free and ride around the city. Riding a bike along the embankment is prohibited.

The hotel was lovely we had a Direct sea view beautiful.The staff were very helpful and friendly The only ine thing we was dissapointed with was the breakfast We dudnt expect a cooked breakfast everyday but the choices was inly scrambled egg and bacon. It would have been nice to have maybe some hot beans or cooked tomatoes and fried egg for a change. There was a good selection of cakes croissants etc but this wasn't for us. Regardless of this we enjoyed our staff at the hotel 🏨

We reserved 2 rooms and both bathroom was very tiny! You can't use the toilet as intended: you need to sit on it from the side. The shower cabin is narrow and you need to climb over the toilet bowl to get into the cabin.

The location of hotel is marveous. The staff is nice, very-very helpful! The parking and the sunbeds are free! The rooms are clean and there is good-working air conditioner. The bed is very comfortable!

The only negativity would be the parking. The spots were limited on the property. However they did have parking off-site a few hundred meters away. We were lucky to get a spot on the property. But there is no need to use your car during your stay.

Great hotel. Front desk (Viola/Incoronata/Chiara) were very pleasant and very helpful. They were never too busy to help. Il bagnino, Dian was always available and accommodating. The property was on the beach. The food was excellent. The rooms were clean every day and fridge was always stocked with water. Air conditioning worked well. Location was excellent.

We definitely liked the hotel but here are some opportunities for improvement: 1) It would be a very good value proposition if there was a gym in the hotel or if the hotel could offer a good deal for the guests in collaboration with one of the very good commercial gyms available downtown. 2) The parking right outside or very close to the hotel is very limited and regrettably not very easily accessible. If you're arriving by car it can be quite tricky both to enter and leave it, even if you're just stopping there to unload your luggage and to get access to the public parking lot. I fully understand this is a logistic challenge, but the issue should be resolved together with the neighboring hotels and accommodations. 3) The bathroom in our room was very compact. For us it wasn't a big problem, but if you're not reasonably physically capable and agile it can be a bit tricky to get in and out of the shower because the WC is so close.

The hotel has a nice design, with it's light colors and interior, as well as the exterior, in very good condition. We loved the support from and interaction with the staff, they were really very helpful, friendly and service minded! The location of the hotel right at the beach was excellent as well as the heated pool, which was one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel in the early season. We also liked having a room with a balcony and the sea view from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant really nice and clean and professionally operated. We tried the dinner option one of the evenings and it was good too. Parking free of charge in the big public parking lot not too far away from the hotel was very good.

It's not too well soundproofed, meaning that noises of knocking, slamming doors, furniture moving and hydraulics can be disturbing, especially around breakfast time or during wet weather.

Excellent position close to the beach. Our room at the front of the hotel had a large private patio in front with sun loungers facing the sea.

Noises came through the walls to the hotel rooms and it was a bit disturbing.

Breakfast was good, but maybe little too much sweets. Hotel staff was nice and hotel room was okay. Very good location.

the rooms are too small for 3 adults. per triple room, 2 sun beds and an umbrella are provided. the 3rd person gets a chair, not very comfortable.

Very close to the sea. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is clean. The breakfast is rich, but not rich enough for my taste in vegetables (only tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots are served)
