A lovely apartment in the city center with a nice view and good cleanliness overall, though the rooms could be tidied up more frequently. Easy self-check-in. A coffee machine is available, and we appreciated the complimentary items.

It's located on a very high third floor, which feels more like a fifth, and there's no elevator. No nearby parking, so we had to park quite far away, though this seems common in the area. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Room is clean and nice, everything is perfect

there was cafe machine in kitchen not in the room. They did not change the blankets The room was awful . you could not open the window , bad view and cfackroach in the area. Visitor is not allowed . It is not suitable with this price . Owner’s behaviour was very bad. room was small , not one was that in the photo .

It was a great location in the centre of the city, close to restaurants and the old town but not too noisy. The shared kitchen space made the apartment spacious.

A good apartment is bright, well-maintained, and functionally laid out. It has a spacious living area, a modern kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a clean bathroom. Good natural light, quiet surroundings, and convenient location close to shops or public transport make it even more attractive.

Perfect location (though a bit up a hill, so to note if you have lots of luggage), self-check in is pretty easy, really lovely and spacious rooms, modern bathroom, the best view from the balcony

This could just be in Sardegna, but I found the plug sockets to be very tight so be sure to bring an adapter just in case. Check out times are also not flexible, which was not super helpful as I needed to find a place to work from for a few hours before my flight

very nice (small) room in the city center, all renovated, with taste and thoughts! we loved the view from the balcony and even though its a crowded street if you close the window it’s almost completely soundproof

nothing to complain about; the only hard thing was to find parking in cagliari (we ended up parking outside the old town and were walking 15’ to reach the room)

Very nice appartment in the historical centre of Cagliari. The owner contacted me proactively via Whatsapp and I really liked that I could independently check in by using the access code she sent to me. The room was nice and spotlessly clean. There was tea and coffee available in the kitchen that I very much appreciated. The room was very calm, I did not hear any noises, so I had a very good sleep. I would wholeheartedly recommend this accomodation if you plan to stay in Cagliari.

All the windows opened to small inner atriums, so there was no view at all from the room.

Well-maintained apartment in the centre of town. The room was very clean and the response from the host was prompt. She was kind enough to let me check in early and also gave me recommendations for local restaurants. I had the privacy of my own room and bathroom but could also use the common area if I wanted to.

One of the only things to note is that this apartment does involve quite a few stairs (and is located on a steep road too). Travellers with heavy bags or mobility issues would find it difficult to access the apartments.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed and crispy clean bedsheets. Cosy room.

The location is on a steep hill. So if you are carrying heavy suitcase with you - be ready 😁 And then there is no lift as well. So it's a bit of a workout.

The room is located in the central area, there are many restaurants and pubs nearby. It is very clean, a small room but offers everything you need for a shorter stay. The communication with the host was amazing and there is a self check-in, which is really easy and convenient!
