Overall, everything was good. There is nothing major to complain about.

I really liked the value for money. The location of the hotel is excellent — a quiet area away from the city center, but still very close to the metro and public transport, which makes it easy to get to the center. Shops and cafés are nearby. The rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good and filling. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff were always ready to answer any questions, give advice, and help. It was also great that we could leave our luggage before check-in and go for a walk. The hotel has a closed territory with parking, which is very important, as well as a small relaxation area with chairs and sofas where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. There is also a bar with a wonderful bartender who speaks several languages and is very friendly. The whole team made us feel welcome.

The attitude of the staff, (except for the gentleman at the reception who welcomed us) otherwise the maid did not change the towels until the 3rd day when I actually left them on the floor in the middle of the room, the staff at the restaurant were particularly kind to Italian tourists, not that I necessarily wanted to be led to the table and have my coffee brought to the table because it was a Swedish breakfast, but when you do this specifically for some people, you get angry. The room I received was not the one presented with a renovated bathroom, but I thought they did not have renovated twin rooms. Overall it was a maximum 3* hotel

Nothing special. For a 4* hotel, only the gentleman at the reception on the day of arrival was up to the required standard.

We had a nice, clean, and comfortable room. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. The staff were all very friendly — special thanks to Roberto at reception. Thank you for your help! The metro is very close to the hotel and just a few stops away from the main attractions, which made getting around very easy.

- Stayed 3 nights, wi-fi wasn't available...staff told daily that will be fixed...it wasn't....so, a lot of people stayed in reception lobby to use reception wi-fi ... -stated as 4 stars hotel, but maybe 20 years ago...now it will be actually 3 stars .

-Situated in good neighbourhood -Metro station (Cornelia) ,bus stop and supermarket pretty close (max 10 min walk); metro station is on line A , the one with relevant tourist attractions - breakfast ok

The shower at certain times of the day had only warm water, still this is only a small issue!!!

the room was cleaned emaculately every day. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, even the maintenance staff were very helpful!!! The breakfast was well presented with enough variety, plus friendly waiter service.

Clean hotel. Nice and quiet location. There’s a good Italian restaurant called Fraschettari where we had our dinner, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I liked that they have a variety of fruit offerings at breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A little old the breakfast room and old style keys, only one pillow but it was late and I didn’t ask for a second one; sleept pretty well anyways.

Great location in a safe area of Rome. You have a metro station 10 min walking. Great gated parking with cameras and we were able to leave the car there for an extra day after our check in. Good continental breakfast. Staff was helpful and very kind. Room and bathroom are renovated, shower is great, hairdryer old but does its work; big room with a King size bed. Complimentary water in the fridge.

Good Hotel a little outside of center. Closest Metro is a 15 minutes walk away, hence the lower price. Staff was kind and spoke English good enough so we got all the information we needed. Breakfast was very good and rich.

We found the pillows really flat and I wasn't able to get wifi in the room to work for whatever reason.

Location was great and the private parking included with stay was perfect. About a 15-20 minute taxi to the city center and places like Vatican city and the coliseum. Lots of lovely local restaurants in the area to try roman dishes. The bar in the lobby was great for an afternoon cappuccino in the garden with the lemon trees.

Nice and clean, with a good location for the metro station which made it easy to go in and out of Rome. Three stops to the Vatican, and five to the Spanish steps. Not much in the immediate surrounding area, but a decent supermarket for essentials next to the metro station. Had one bad experience at breakfast when we turned up 20 minutes before it was due to close and the waitress made it clear she didn’t want to accommodate us. When we raised the issue with reception, they didn’t really understand what we were trying to say so we ended up abandoning breakfast that morning and had to eat out which was not what we had in mind.

The location is about a mile or so from the Metro but once on that, its easy to get everywhere & Vatican is just 2 stops. Taxis are good too and reasonable. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Every request was dealt with no problem. Nice breakfast. Good for couples. Would recommend 👍

We've experienced during our stay (4 nights) nothing unpleasant.

The area is relatively close to the Vatican, which was one of the main attraction for us. It was also fairly easy to reach via public transport from Fiumicino Airport. Breakfast was great to have and abudant, would also recommend this hotel just for that fact. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, we'd happily come and stay here once again.
