We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. Communication with the owner Manuel was very kind and smooth. The room was beautiful, clean, with an amazingly comfortable bed – we slept so well. The location in the historic center is perfect, parking was easy, and for breakfast we went to the nearby café bLiv, which was also very pleasant. A truly wonderful stay – highly recommended!

The room was extremely clean, comfortable bed and lovely waterfall shower. The location is good for walking to restaurants etc. Manuel is a really nice and helpful host. Just something for future guests to be aware of: parking for free can feel tricky in Cagliari at first as it’s a busy city, but when we got used to the rules and the signs we always found a space for free, sometimes a short walk from Marcus Suite. Manuel was also very helpful, giving us local parking advice :)

There is not much to improve. The room should appeal to most visitors. One thing. No small, discreet light. Only strong lighting from the walls and ceiling. No small lamps.

Marcus is a very nice host, informative and helpful. The apartment was located in the heart of Cagliari, so you can reach everything by foot. I have never stayed in such a clean apartment, and on top of that the design was on spot. :)

Breakfast (Included) is available at a corner cafe ~ 200 m away, which works well for guests and hotel owners. It's a logical arrangement —coffee, croissants, etc. —with excellent service. We arrived early, and the host accommodated us, allowing us to leave our luggage securely until the room was ready.

The property does not have its own parking so we had to circle around to find an available spot the first day. However, we were informed by the owner that there is parking space available a bit further from the property, more info should have been provided prior our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marcus Suite, the room was bright and spacious, and everything looked spotless. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants around.

I can't think of anything!!

The breakfast option was typically Italian (Sardinian!); we were given tokens so that each morning we could have a leisurely walk down to the square approx. 3 mins away to go to B-Liv, a lovely cafe where we could choose from a hot drink or a juice along with a croissant or savory option - this was the same breakfast option at all local cafes. We felt it was a nice thing to do each morning. The Marcus Suites are in a lovely location, very central and only a v.short walk up to Corso Vittorio Emanuele, all the shops, restaurants and sites. You are in the old town so the buildings are lovely. Manuel is incredibly helpful and can provide any information you need as well as keeping the room spotless!

Nothing.. Everything was perfect!!!!

The property is in an excellent location.. Close to the marina.. We came by ferry and it was only a 10 minute walk. Close to restaurants, cafes, bars and so much more.. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in Italy over the last 4 weeks.. Very clean and new.. Manuel was fantastic as a host.. He tried to help us find a car rental and provided alot of good information of where to go and what to do ..He is a perfectionist and is so proud of his rental rooms.. Unfortunately we had to leave early the following morning and couldn’t go for breakfast but I’m sure it would’ve been good.. Definitely come back .. Thank you so much..

The toiletries supplied were in unmarked bottles so we were not sure which were for the body or the hair, but all smelled great!

The room was immaculate, roomy and very comfortable. Manuel greeted us and was gracious and super helpful. Despite being on a quite busy road it was very quiet and easy to sleep at night. Very comfy bed, lovely quality linens and a fantastic shower. The breakfast, not in the building but offered from a nearby cafe was delicious and the ambience was great. Super location, 5 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the main street with restaurants, cafes and shops and Savory Restaurant highly recommended and only 30 seconds away!

There is nothing I did not like.

Sincerly I never found a cleaner room in all my travels. I have to say that everything was really clean, not only the room, common spaces too, bathroom. The person is also very helpful and ready to give you an hint whenever you need it. The location is also perfect in an old house in the town center, close to the port and the railway station.

The parking was a bit of a hassle.

Manuel has created an exquisite oasis in Cagliaria. Everything is absolutely perfect and absolutely the way it looks in the pictures but even better.

Excellent location, bus and train station around the corner! Great supermarket also a few minutes away. Property is on the doorstep of many restaurants and bars. Host is knowledgeable and gives plenty of advice if required on travel destinations and things to do! I am not quite OCD but close and I can say the property is spotless clean with all the amenities and it is newly renovated. The sound proof is incredible and the bed size is rare to find in Sardinia! You won’t need to fight for space for sure. Aircon- perfect! We did a lot of research where to stay when visiting Cagliari and picked Marcus Suite and without a doubt would be back again! If it’s available- book it!

Cleaning is not included but we stayed 5 nights and some basic cleaning would have been appreciated (e.g. emptying the trash, vacuuming, quick cleaning of the bathroom). The towels were changed after 3 days.

The location is unbeatable, in the center, at immediate proximity of the central station and restaurants. The interior is very sophisticated and in very good condition. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast is small, but typical Italian and tasty.

Super confortable bed, very good location. The room was quite large, as well as the bathroom. The location of the hotel is very central. It seems they don't have a parking but there are parking spots around. Breakfast was ok, pastries were not the best.
