Clean room and comfortable for shorter stay

It is an Italy problem more than this specific hotel but the beds were hard compared to what I am used to. The WiFi was free but varied in strength.

The location was amazing and Monterossa should not be missed in a trip to Cinqueterra. The hotel is towards the end of the shopping district which was nice. It had easy access to restaurants, beaches and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful, even offering to help us to our room with our bags.

The hotel and rooms are fabulous, an absolute gem in Monterrosso old town, with a beautiful outside terrace where you can enjoy people watching and take your breakfast outside. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and kind, thank you. It's a 4 minute walk through the quaint street to the beach and 8 mins to the station. Ferries are 5 mins away. Perfect.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating with our family! We just absolutely loved the location, the room was lovely and the complimentary beach towels were so nice!! Will absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The internet speed

The location is prime, right off the street with all the restaurants and shops. I loved the outside terrace and many amenities the hotel has to offer as well as a very generous and copious included breakfast

I love everything maybe a room to work for couple hours

It was lovely experience the girls from the desk or housekeeping were absolutely lovely, the room was clean and they changed our towels per request, Brekky was amazing a variety of everything.

The beds were super hard… but the staff did try to help make our stay more comfortable so I hate even saying this.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was good. We stayed in one of the larger suites and loved having the extra space. The balcony was much larger than anticipated and had a great view of the Main Street.

They did not have dentistry kit or slippers in the room, but to be honest I also did not ask.

The location is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is good, they give you towels to take to the beach, the elevator works, the AC works and the staff is very nice and professional.

The only thing that let it down was the breakfast in a claustrophobic room with no windows, though some of us went out on the terrace in front of the hotel. Not especially good coffee. I would recommend coffee at Pasticerria Laura.

It is perfectly situated in the heart of Monterosso and the terrace outside is a beautiful spot to relax and read in opposite a shop/house covered in bougainvillea on one of the main, but not noisy, streets. Great for people watching. The staff, especially the young man, were incredibly helpful and kind. I even heard him giving informal Italian language advice to another guest. It was much lovelier than I had envisaged and well priced for Monterosso. I had a small single room and there was ample room. Not the most stylish room but it had everything I needed and a very comfortable bed and a terrace which I wasn't expecting.
