Beautiful room and bathroom, super comfy bed and really handy USB ports next to the bed! Francesco was so lovely and gave us an amazing recommendation for dinner (on a hill top) and also provided suggestions of things to do in the area.

It was very clean, had free parking, comfortable mattress, close to the falls that were within walking distance.

Only the parking space, it was a bit awkward but we had a small car so it was manageable.

First and foremost this place is in a great location in walking distance of the cascate. We were unsure at first as it's close to the road but the rooms were double glazed so we slept soundly. Everything about the room was quality, from the furniture to the fixtures and fittings. All felt new, well maintained and very clean. Topped off by the friendly hosts who offered lots of useful local advice.

Very close to Marmore Falls. The property is situated in a quiet area, close to Terni. Is very easy to make day trips to villages. Our room was perfect! Self-check-in and a very kind host, Francesco!

The only concern I have is that the property is based on the busy road and the noise in the morning might be a bit annoying but vast majority of the visitors will stay there to visit waterfall or keep on driving in the morning. Don’t want to be rude but the owners should tell the cleaner to use the mop properly as there is a lot of floating dust fur on the floor. Sorry to mention this but its better to say it and pass the message to the cleaner instead of disappointing the visitors. Generally no drama. I would highly recommend.

Very polite and generous hosts, very communicative and helpful. the plus is that when we came very late at night, they were waiting for us at the front of the property, and offered bigger room with easy access on the flat surface with our heavy languages. on top of that they offered a nice welcoming treat with salads and a glass of red… The place is freshly renovated with multi geographical interior design,. Standard is definitely higher then most of private premises in this region. event pointing that the breakfast was not included, we still have been treated with nice coffee with local home made sweets.

Is looked on a somewhat busy street with parking that is available, but located a short walk up the hill. Jot an issue at all, just an observation.

Property was very modern and updated feeling. Comfortable bed and overall room experience. Spacious and very clean bathroom facilities.
